Looks like the 128gb iPhone 6+ in gold and space gray ship date got kicked back to 11/7, hopefully this doesn't affect us 10/31 people.

It shouldn't. I ordered a 128 SG 6+ on 9/18 and my date got bumped from 11/4 to 10/31 shortly after placing it. And they've held the 10/31 date steady for an entire month so I assume those of us with September orders should be fine.

So CC was charged and I got my tracking number two days ago and it never worked, I expected it was since it was the weekend.

I got an email today from Verizon saying my package shipped. Tracking number still doesn't work

I call *611 and ask about my order status and their system says my order has been cancelled?

Very confused right now. I'm trying to get Verizon on live chat but all their agents are busy.

Do not deal with chat. They cannot look into your order as detailed as the order support department. Call them instead.

Just some advice...the live chat on Verizon's website is handy...but is mostly useless for issues like this. Calling in is relatively fast (I'm also a Comcast customer...) and they can actually access your acct whereas the live chat people cannot. I am guessing it's because the phone support gets you to confirm who you are over the phone and there's an audio record of it.

I ordered 10/17 so I'm hoping it doesn't affect my order.
 
Edit I checked the wrong order that was the 64gb I cancelled that was already 11/14

so you still have 10/31? is there a verizon order website that shows ship date? the link in the confirmation email i received doesnt show it.

My 64+ silver is due in on wednesday.... Im hoping that pick up at a facility button lights up when its close by, and maybe ill have it by tomorrow... But I already took off on wednesday lol.. 38 days is way too long to wait for anything!
 
Anyone else get this ********? Package not due for delivery. That means, we could deliver your order today since it's in our facility 45 minutes away from your house and it's been there since 9 this morning, but instead we're going to hold it here overnight. **** Fedex, they won't even let me pick it up because the seller requested that it be delivered to my door.

Call back. You'll probably get a different rep who knows what's up. I called this morning and got a dud. Every other time I've called, the reps have been friendly and helpful even if they were just telling me what I already knew.
 
Just found out i have a 2 week business trip starting this weekend... with no phone in sight... good stuff. :( I did call Verizon and see if they had any possibility of shipping something this week (my exp date is 10/31) and she was very nice and actually sounded like she knew what she was doing. SHe said they usually have some held back for any "uh-ohs" on their part to get them out quick, and that the sales dept. always had some on the backburner, but at the moment both were completely out of stock. So i am assuming we are just waiting for another shipment from Apple. Fingers crossed i get something late this week!

Monday's have been painfully slow for the last couple weeks. There is occasionally movement on Tuesdays and then it starts picking up Wednesday and statuses are consistently updated through Saturday. It was pretty good for this thread last Wednesday-Saturday so hopefully we see similar results this week. I think the 10/31 orders should do pretty well.

It's like a back door into the preorder page, but updates faster. It is only text, I got a confirmation number in an email but I ordered in the store, not sure how Internet orders work. People on here have been calling CS to get theirs.

I got an email also after ordering online, but the email only provides the "internet order" number. Same thing as "confirmation number"?????

Confirmation number is 16 digits. You have to get it from a customer service rep and tell them that's what you want.
 
Hopefully GOOD NEWS!!

JUst checked ICONIC and the "expected ship date" is blank still have iconic status "C" though hopefully some good news soon ordered 6+ 16g Gold 9/29 and ship date 10/24 and 6+SG 16g 9/29 ship date 11/7(no movement since order)
 
I got scared for a second. ICONIC wasn't showing my estimated ship date. I tried a few minutes later and its back to normal, It must of just been updating or something. Same estimate. For a minute I thought my order disappeared lol.
