VZW Order Status Thread

The wait... it's killing me. Tomorrow marks a month anniversary!

I'm excited not only for this phone, but I also get to ditch Sprint at the same time. I was hoping to get shipped early so I wouldn't have to pay another month to Sprint but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. Ordered 9/21 64 SG+ 11/7

Just some advice...the live chat on Verizon's website is handy...but is mostly useless for issues like this. Calling in is relatively fast (I'm also a Comcast customer...) and they can actually access your acct whereas the live chat people cannot. I am guessing it's because the phone support gets you to confirm who you are over the phone and there's an audio record of it.

Yep this is absolutely ridiculous. Never again will I preorder from Verizon. Was going to get an Air 2 on edge but until I get the iPhone my account is only temporary.

Mine is temporary as well. Which means: Verizon won't tell me anything about my order because according to them, I do not exist in their system yet. That means no conformation emails, no account look ups, no phone or chat support. I feel almost sure that my order will be still be white on the spreadsheet while everyone else's gets filled

I feel your pain. Ordered the same phone on the same day and still have no updates either. Hoping to see some movement this week.

Day 31 and counting......

No, movement other than my 10/24 ship date temporarily disappearing from the iconic site.
 
6 Plus 16gb SG

Anyone ordered 09/24 or before and has received? I ordered 09/24 and still no change in my 10/31 ship date.
 
Well I got my blue leather Apple case and my gold Luckyskins sticker, now if I could just have my phone!

My ship date disappeared in iconic but reappeared shortly after. Got me all excited for nothing :(
 
I'm porting one line from Sprint and another from Straight Talk. So both will probably have to be paid for again, and hopefully all the porting goes through correctly when I do get my iPhones.. All I need are more delays lol
 
FedEx still has not delivered my package as I am about to go to work. Ironically, they have probably been busy delivering packages to people who work during the day while they are not home (not that I expect FedEx to know who is home and not home). I called and they cannot hold it. I better not be waiting all week and missing them because they want to keep coming at night.
 
Like others have said, today is my one month. I can't believe I have waited a month for a phone.

Positive Thought of the day: The good news is I'm more than half way there so long as my ship date doesn't slip!

Negative thought of the day: If things continue this way can you imagine how long we will wait for the iPhone 7? I'm be hoping for March after ordering in Sept.

I'm finally under the 2 weeks left to go on mine. Still hoping to get an email from them this week or next week that it's shipping earlier than the expected Halloween ship date.

When did it change from C? Ordered same model 10/05. Iconic status showing C.

Congrats! This is going to floor me though if something is wrong with my order because I can't call CS as a new customer and the last time I went to the store all they could see was the order was initialized.

I ordered same date and model. Nothing yet for mine, but your giving me hope
