I got scared for a second. ICONIC wasn't showing my estimated ship date. I tried a few minutes later and its back to normal, It must of just been updating or something. Same estimate. For a minute I thought my order disappeared lol.

mine did the same and just went back to normal with 10/24 ship. I was stalking it waiting for the "c" to turn to "s' but it never happened
 
I ordered online and am an AT&T refugee (porting my # over). I had only an internet order # and that # didn't work on the vaulted "iconic" website. For the past two weeks i've been stuck refreshing the verizon order site.

I called Verizon to find out my confirmation # so i could use iconic. Here's my steps for others who don't have the 16 digit number needed.

Called 800-922-0204, press # and 0 to get an operator.

Explained the situation, asked for a confirmation #. Operator wasn't sure what i was talking about but offered a "long # that might help". I wrote down that number (11xxxxxxxxx) and it was the one i needed for iconic. It didn't change my status any. Still just waiting. But now i can see when it ships.

My est. date is still 17 days out, so I didn't think my "C" was going to change, but it defenately freaked me out.
 
Needed to change my address on my pre-order. Talked to a CSR and was told that they'll do it at the time of shipping. The CSR said they are shipping phones early at this point and would contact me around Friday.

I have a iPhone 6 Plus SG 128GB which I ordered on 9/22 with a expected delivery of 10/31.

When I called that number they ended up transferring me to Internet Sales, and the lady told me it was shown as "Backorder ID#" instead of confirmation number. Maybe that will help somebody as well.
 
Got my tracking #! Says it will be here Wednesday, but I got free overnight shipping through Comcast so hopefully it will be here tomorrow!
 
My iconic expected ship date disappeared, but this happened to me last Monday and it went back to 10/31 within an hour.

A month ago today I ordered the phone, thinking at most it would be 2 weeks of waiting...ho hum.

6+ Gold, 64 GB; ordered September 20th.
 
Either Verizon gave me the wrong tracking number or my phone is missing... They gave me the tracking number 3 days ago and FedEx still say it's not found. They sent me another email today saying it shipped though. So I think it might just be a faulty tracking number or something? Then when I call their automated system about my order it says "Our records show your order has been canceled". I guess their systems are just really confused or something? I'll just hope my phone shows up on Wednesday...

dude i would call verizon, talk to a CSR and make sure its not cancelled then call fedex and see why your tracking number isnt working
 
I called verizon to ask questions about my order. She told me my phone would ship next tuesday. No i sit and wait to see if she is right (not like i have a choice).
 
If this goes anything like last week things should really start happening Wednesday. Seems like W-F was the most active time for flight arrivals and tracking numbers being issued.
