Why was your card manually charged yesterday? Did you initiate this? The wait is long but let the system play out. The more you manually do things, the more issues may occur.

I had too have it manually charged over the phone last night. Verizon attempted a charge last saturday 10/18 and something went wrong, so the order was on hold and would have been canceled otherwise. If you read my other posts you can see went wrong. Ordered 2 phones at the same time on 9/30. One went through fine, got it tuesday, the other order got screwed up, still waiting for it.

In short, if I wouldn't have called last night and asked a bunch of questions, the CS rep said the order may have been canceled. The rep last night was confused why no other CS rep caught the issue earlier.

Hopefully now the order issue is fixed. "whyflyguy", curious, what phone did you order? When? Status?

FYI everyone, my iconic page status just changed to an "S" from the "B". Progress!
 
I'm a 09/19 and I received my tracking number this morning so it's not just 09/16.

well then I will just keep my fingers crossed for my 9/19 order :)

still wondering why I haven't gotten a charge or anything on my 10/24 ship date order. That's my wife's though, and she isn't impatient like me :)

Yeah I'm still waiting on my 10/24 shipping day too. Lol I feel so undeserving of this ship date. Some of you have been waiting for around 30 days for your phone. It's only been 3 for me!
 
There's an error with the payment of your order. Call Verizon ASAP.

It was a "B" now "S". There was a problem with my order (billing) now it has shipping info.

So you are saying your ship date changed today to Oct. 24th? I have an Oct. 24th ship date but haven't seen any change. Hopefully your change means something.

My wife and I ordered our 6s on 10/12, 1 silver, 1 SG, both 16GB. Woke up today to an Iconic update and just got tracking numbers. Original expected ship-by was 10/31, updated to 10/23.
 
Looks like there are several of us with 10/24 ship by dates with no movement. I wonder if these will ship out today or not?
 
Changes!!!!!!!!!!! Ship date changed from 10/31 to 10/23!

Also got tracking number! Ordered 10/4. 6+ silver, 16gb.

If it says "Payment not taken yet." call VZW and make sure they have your card information. It seems that everyone who is getting this message has had some sort of credit issue that causes this.

Just checked and it was shipped yesterday.

For reference 6+ SG 128 original order date 9/19 it was canceled and reordered on 9/22 with a ship date of 10/31

Looks like today's the day folks! Last night my order was sent for processing and today the est ship date moved from 10/31 to 10/24. Finally, the wait has paid off! Btw, I ordered a 6 SG 64 GB on 10/02 at about 10:00 A.M. Hang in there guys.

Congrats, I ordered the same phone on the same day not sure of the time of day. No movement at all. Curious as to where you are located?

I live in Georgia and ordered mine at my local Verizon store. You should be seeing movement soon. Best of luck to you.
 
Ok have no clue what to think at this point. I placed my order on September 18 and then had a ship date of October 24. No movement on the order since I had placed it. Then last Friday I received an email from Verizon wireless telling me that my order was on track. Then yesterday I received another email from Verizon saying that they could not process the order and I had to call the credit department.I call the credit department and the lady on the phone told me that she could not find any reason why they could not place the order. She said she approve the order and said that it would then be ready to ship out on October 28!? I told the rep that was unacceptable that my day was originally October 24 and the phone should still ship out and that there was no reason why the order was delayed, but she told me that the system is showing 10/28. A few hours later I check the order status page and the shipping date was gone and the order just says in process and that payment has yet not been taken. But no charge on card. #
 
If you paid for or were promised overnight shipping, call to make sure that it's down that way. I called yesterday to check and they had me down for 2 day shipping instead. The CSR changed it to overnight shipping immediately. Just FYI. Sweet day.
