I had too have it manually charged over the phone last night. Verizon attempted a charge last saturday 10/18 and something went wrong, so the order was on hold and would have been canceled otherwise. If you read my other posts you can see went wrong. Ordered 2 phones at the same time on 9/30. One went through fine, got it tuesday, the other order got screwed up, still waiting for it.
In short, if I wouldn't have called last night and asked a bunch of questions, the CS rep said the order may have got canceled. The rep last night was confused why no other CS rep caught the issue earlier.
