VZW Order Status Thread

The wait is killing me . My Trade-in package came today, so now i wont have my iphone 5 for wifi and will be strictly using the flip phone. I hope 10/24 get some movement b/c i want my phone afterwards.

you dont have to send your old phone in until your new phone arrives...you have 7 days after your new phone arrives..

Finally!!!

I have the "S" Im so happy and I can see my order in recent history, cc has been charged 6+ Gold 16gb....waiting on 6+SB 16g ship date 11/7 HANG IN THERE EVERYONE!

I know but I want them to process this phone ASAP so i can get gift card and use that to pay my verizon bill. Plus, it took them 15 days to ship this thing, I hate to see how long it will take to get my giftcard

My goodness, what a mess Verizon has on their hands! Between these issues, and the reported problems that people are having when they trade in their phones via mail envelope, I'm starting to wonder how much I can trust what they say that they are going to commit to!

Four to six weeks is what they were saying.

dude i submitted my trade in request on 9/29 and still havent received my shipping materials...

you see the "s" on the iconic and means that they have sent you order for processing, when you get an "s" thats when the charge your cc and you can see your recent order in order history. just waiting on my tracking number now

Nice I order the same phone 2 days after you, so hopefully i get some movement
 
Well my order ship by date is October 24th, but I just called Verizon to check on it and was told there is a delay and it won't ship out until the 31st!!! Not happy!!!!!!!
 
Checked my ICONIC status again this afternoon after checking it early this morning, nothing. Looks like I'll indeed be waiting til mid-November to get my hands on my iPhone 6 Plus.

Turns out I must have paid extra for shipping on the 6, that's out for delivery, the 6 plus says 27th, but they've both shipped on 23rd per fedex. My 22nd order must have hit just as the stock arrived?

You don't have to send in the trade in package right away.

What is your delivery date?

This means that there was a payment issue!

Call VZW ASAP and keep calling until someone knows what they are talking about!
