7:55AM went to out for delivery.

I live 10 minutes from the warehouse, so our packages are usually delivered late morning, early afternoonish.

I'll have to go to the warehouse tonight to pick it up.

I hear ya... I think that it was pure luck. Keep trying around as you may find one. Now if you do most places are on a first come first serve. You may want to try stopping a your local carrier and also Best Buy. I was told that Best Buy normally gets more unit due to the amount of stores they have.

My Best Buy has been getting a few units in at a time, and that's a few across all models, colors, storage and carriers, so they might get a 6 gold 128 at&t and a 6+ silver 16 verizon and that's it. I'm just calling every morning to there and Verizon, hoping one gets it, but 11/03 is less than a week away now (hopefully not delayed again). I've got my 6+ already, so I'm good anyway :cool:

I was mistaken, it was at the Chicago facility and said intransit. It´s NOW at the Auora facility preparing to go out for delivery. Prob won´t go out til late morning.

mine has been at my local facility for over an hour and its 9:15 here, i live like 5 min away so i hope it goes out for delivery soon and gets here in the next few hours.

UPDATE: it got put on fedex truck for delivery at 8:30 but it just showed up so its probably out for delivery, tracking is just a little behind on updating.
 
You can mark mine as delivered! It's been great sharing this experience with you guys. Without this forum the wait would have been worse. See you guys next year!
 
10/24 delayed to 11/3 but now arriving 10/30

Sad thing is I wanted the SG but the day I ordered, it showed the expected delivery for 64g SG to be 2 weeks longer. So I ordered the silver because I was being impatient. :confused:

Update for those that had a 10/24 delivery and were delayed:
  • I had my Iconic change to "S" yesterday shortly before noon CDT;
  • Saw the charge hit CC in early afternoon;
  • Received a tracking number at 7:10pm;
  • Saw the number activate shortly before midnight.
  • Still in Memphis this morning;
  • Due to be delivered tomorrow (10/30).

So hopefully a number of other 10/24 delay shipments for the i6 are doing the same.
 
Whats all the Drama for?

I watched craigslist for a few days late last week bought a new sealed iPhone 6 Plus 64GB for $725.00 - Opened it, activated it no contract, done.

FYI, I tried ebay first but everything on there is either a scam or prices are being falsely run up on unsuspecting sellers by "new" ebay members who for some reason bid on a number of phones at once auto bidding them up to several thousand dollars with no intention of buying. worlds gone crazy.

most of us only want to pay 400 dollars and we can get 200 dollars for our old iphones through VZW trade in. and we want guaranteed brand new legit iphones. thats why we dont use craigslist or ebay.
 
I don't like this, two days before my ship date and nothing's happening. Everyone else is getting theirs early, why not me?

Didn't mean to slight or impugn you and your team, just that for some packages where I know it may get to my smallish community (~200K) early and it is client related, I often use UPS where I can go to the shipping center in the morning and pickup over the counter - this is especially helpful since I have had UPS deliveries as late as 8:30p at night. Your team tends to handle things earlier and is much closer to my house for dropoffs.

FedEx delivery question for you or anyone - Was looking through the history on my "Deliveries" App* and noticed the times for my Fedex deliveries the last 6 months or so to the house have timestamps that occur all in about a 30 min window each time (which is impressive). Is that pretty common for residential routes? Is there any delay in the timestamp? If the route times stay pretty consistent, it gives me a pretty good idea when to at least start being at the house for my phone delivery tomorrow!

I'm with you, SG 6 64 gb ordered 10.2 delivery 10.31. I just spoke with a CSR @ Verizon and she said all was still on schedule. No CC charge yet, wait and see.

Status: On FedEx vehicle for delivery

I live very close to the FedEx facility, and my FedEx packages usually show up to the house between 11-2, but the tracking on the FedEx site still reads delivery by 8 pm.

39 day wait for the iPhone 6 + 64 GB, Gold :apple:
