VZW Order Status Thread

I ordered my 6+ 64 Gold on 9/30, with estimated ship date 10/31...but no change in ICONIC just yet. Hoping I am next if you got your status changed! Seems the 6+ 64 gold are in short supply...

The loophole that Verizon closed concerned non-smartphone upgrades. People were upgrading from flip phones to smartphones, then dropping the data package immediately after switching phones. Now, if you upgrade a flip phone to a smart phone, you are required to carry a data package for that line for the duration of the 2 year contract.

10/24: my silver didn't ship, verizon extremely unhelpful and no email updates
10/24: found this forum, THANKS for all the help you guys!
10/27: Iconic status changed to S around 7pm
10/28: was able to get tracking number via FedEx ref lookup using ACE info
10/28: verizon finally sent me an email at 6pm with tracking info
10/28: fedex picked up the phone and it's in Memphis TN (7pm)
10/29: phone still appears to be in Memphis with scheduled delivery 10/30 by 4:30pm

I will never order a phone through verizon again, they have the worst operations team and customer service I've ever seen. I will also never order more than 1 phone per order. I didn't realize verizon would hold my silver phone that was ready to ship on 10/24 until the gray phone arrived.

Track by reference at FedEx.com using the following format

(ACE LOCATION CODE)_0000(ACE ORDER NUM)

so if ACE LOCATION CODE = X12345 and ACE ORDER NUM = 56789

then track X12345_000056789

You can get your ACE info from your iconic page

I FINALLY received my iPhone 6+ 64GB SG today. Ordered 9/20...39 day wait time fo rthe phone. Thanks for all the informative posts from everyone!
 
My Silver 64G 6+ ordered on 4 Oct has been delayed from 31 Oct to 3 Nov. I got that date by calling CS and following the prompts to check order status. I didn't hang on the phone to get my confirmation number to use iconic.

I haven't posted on here in years. Mainly because I made the mistake of giving a galaxyS3 a try for two years.

Anyway thanks for this! I was able to find my tracking number even though it's not posted in Iconic.

Ordered: Iphone 6+ SG 16gb
Date Ordered: 10/10
Est Ship Date: 11/17

Iconic status changed to "S" this morning.

Fedex estimates delivery on Friday.

Can't wait! Thanks again. Tons of useful info in here.

Does it matter for restore from iCloud or iTunes, if your old phone has a newer OS than the new phone? Just curious...

Both iCloud and iTunes will require that your new phone is updated to the newest software first, since your backup won't work on regular IOS 8. After upgrading your 6/6+ to ios 8.1, then you can do your restore, and then your sync if you want to put all your apps and homescreen configurations back on there. It was a tedious process when you just want to play with your new phone!
 
according to order tracker.me i have 3 people with the same configuration ahead of me that have not received anything yet. I just want to confirm if they have or have not received any emails or their phone as of late.

These peoples are: vtboyarc, waiting, and MDiddy.

Have any of you guys got any notifications for your phone yet?

Well when your's ships let us know! :D haha My Gold 6+ 64GB was ordered 10/2 so I SHOULD be following shortly after you.
