I'm new here and I see everyone talking about the iconic website. How do I get to it.


iPhone 6+ Gold Ordered 9/30 exp 10/31 (still processing my order)
 
This is just ridiculous.

I placed my iPhone 6+ (silver 64gb) over the phone on 9-30 with ship date of 10-31 and order number.
Since then, no update no email no tracking and no status update on the website (as if I'd never placed an order).

Several attempts to talk with a human at verizon customer care along the way with no answers.

Today, I tried chatting on verizon website with a representative only find that my order has been pushed back to 11-14. This is just nonsense.
Verizon has the worst c care service I have ever experienced in my life. I'm gonna cancel this order and go to apple. Nightmare.

Ditto! I am really thinking that it won't be shipped out today. Given the debacle from those who still haven't received devices with a 10/24 ship date...I am not hopeful about any shipping until at least 11/14. I don't care what the Verizon order status page says. 10/31 ain't happening

I placed the same order 4 Oct and had a 31 Oct ship date. I just checked order status through the phone automated system and got a "ship by 3 Nov".
 
CSR from verizon said it will ship by the end of the day, and if there were going to be delays id get an email at least 48 hrs in advance.
 
Tapping Out

I can't take it anymore. I cancelled my order and I'm sticking with AT&T for now. Plenty of Apple Stores around me have the phone I want in stock so I'm just going to head in and do it. Plus I'd be paying more for Verizon with less data compared to my AT&T plan.

So close but still far away..

So I got the phone call that my new iphone 6 + 16gb phone arrive at my local Verizon store. I got it shipped there because I did not trust Fedex to leave it on my door and this is new account on edge so I wanted to setup the phone up there. So, we pull the account and get to the activation and it wont work. Since I'm joining my girlfriend account and we change her data plan two weeks ago, it's screwing with something in the system. We call the store support and the lady completely screws up the account. Instead of deleting the old edge agreeement and starting over, she tries to modify it and now it's showing two edge accounts and it wont let me activate the phone because it think it's already been activated. I sat in the office for two hours trying to get this matter solved. Now I'm waiting to see If they can set the phone back to brand new and we start over. If we cant do that, I will have to order a new phone(Which will take another month) or do a two year contract. .. I cant win with this damn phone.
 
My iconic shows "err message":"". Is that bad is been freaking me out. I also have "error_code" "0". Does anyone know if that is normal. I just really want to know the latest updates. Thanks for any info
 
I Could Not Wait Another Day....Online Order Cancelled

After placing my order for the 64GB Silver 6 plus back on 9/30 and waiting for my estimated ship date to arrive (10/31)...today I gave up! My ship date is here, and there still has been no movement on my order at all--heck, the thing says its still processing! My online order is now cancelled.

At about 9am this morning, I started stalking Apple inventory on various sites and found several local Apple stores had the Verizon 6 plus/128GB Gold and I was able to snag one. I passed the info on to a friend and they have also been able to get the phone they have been waiting on for over a month TODAY! I was going crazy waiting, so glad this part of my life is over!

Finally a good day today. I received the coveted "S" in iconic.

I have a SG 6+ 64GB. I ordered on 10/3. Scheduled delivery was 11/14. Actual delivery date will be 11/4.
