My iconic shows "err message":"". Is that bad is been freaking me out. I also have "error_code" "0". Does anyone know if that is normal. I just really want to know the latest updates. Thanks for any info

Nah I wouldnt worry, everybodies says that now if there was a "1" insteatd of the ";" or the "0" thats when i would worry. Hopefully someone can chime in though as well, but mine had that since the first time i checked iconic.
 
10/15 phone order for iPhone 6+ 128GB Silver, with original ship date 11/7, shipped Wednesday, and got it today 10/31.

Seems like either 128GB or Silver orders are being fulfilled more quickly -- 64GB SG ones seem like they're in high demand are getting delayed.

Just talked to technical support he said my order is on track to ship today and I should get an email about 5 tonight when the warehouse closes. I really don't believe him at all (what warehouse). Should my I be notified when it shipped from China not THE warehouse. But whatever I have to wait and see:confused::eek:
 
So I got the phone call that my new iphone 6 + 16gb phone arrive at my local Verizon store. I got it shipped there because I did not trust Fedex to leave it on my door and this is new account on edge so I wanted to setup the phone up there. So, we pull the account and get to the activation and it wont work. Since I'm joining my girlfriend account and we change her data plan two weeks ago, it's screwing with something in the system. We call the store support and the lady completely screws up the account. Instead of deleting the old edge agreeement and starting over, she tries to modify it and now it's showing two edge accounts and it wont let me activate the phone because it think it's already been activated. I sat in the office for two hours trying to get this matter solved. Now I'm waiting to see If they can set the phone back to brand new and we start over. If we cant do that, I will have to order a new phone(Which will take another month) or do a two year contract. .. I cant win with this damn phone.

I've had an experience similar to that with the iPhone 4s. It was ridiculous and it took us about four hours to get it fixed. at the end of the day the rep just simply was not educated. It was an easy fix in the system but a lot of the time they don't know what they are doing to be quite honest.

It should not take a brand-new phone to fix the problem you're having. I would really push that issue.

I mean think about that do you really think you're going to throw that phone away because of a problem in the system? It's not an issur with the phone!

I think its how they are being made/shipped. Last week they had A LOT of SG phones go out. This week it was Silver. Maybe next week Gold? TBH, a lot of last weeks were iPhone 6+ 64GB SG, this week I noticed a lot of iPhone 6+ 64GB Silver. This is only based off the sample of people here, the spreadsheet and http://ordertracker.me/.

My ICONIC also says that, but it too has the C and says exp ship date 11/3. I didn't pay attention to those other codes thinking it was the same for everybody?

I'm reasonably certain that they simply tell you that it will ship on the date shown and have no actual knowledge of whether that date will actually be accurate. I'm not going to call but if I did they'd surely tell me that it will ship today.

Of course, it won't.

I'm curious what they'd tell me if I call on Monday 11/3 and 10/31 is still showing as the ship date?

Have you attempted to locate it using your Reference number through Fed Ex? I believe it was mentioned a few pages back. You may find your tracking number before its provided to you

Once your iconic status is at S you can see if a shipping label has been created by going to FedEx and tracking via reference using the following as the reference #:

(7 digit ACE ORDER LOCATION)_0000(5-digit ACE ORDER NUMBER)

So if your ACE ORDER LOCATION is X123456 and your ACE ORDER NUMBER IS 12345 you would track: X123456_000012345

You can get the ACE info from your iconic info

This is just ridiculous.

I placed my iPhone 6+ (silver 64gb) over the phone on 9-30 with ship date of 10-31 and order number.
Since then, no update no email no tracking and no status update on the website (as if I'd never placed an order).

Several attempts to talk with a human at verizon customer care along the way with no answers.

Today, I tried chatting on verizon website with a representative only find that my order has been pushed back to 11-14. This is just nonsense.
Verizon has the worst c care service I have ever experienced in my life. I'm gonna cancel this order and go to apple. Nightmare.

So I don't know where the hell the chatting operator got that date of 11-14. I'm honestly confused cause every operator is telling me different stories.
I guess I will have to wait till next monday to find out.
 
He said Central time zone for 5 o'clock I'm Mountain time zone so he said 5 or 6 o'clock who really knows.

I speculated this was the reason for the delays in the first place. I figured there must have been a shipment delay and Verizon was planning on filling the 10/31s over the weekend, which won't be shipped until Monday, 11/3. I'm guessing there is a bunch of movement tomorrow and Sunday. My iconic switched to S last Sunday so they do process both days of the weekend.
