So I got the phone call that my new iphone 6 + 16gb phone arrive at my local Verizon store. I got it shipped there because I did not trust Fedex to leave it on my door and this is new account on edge so I wanted to setup the phone up there. So, we pull the account and get to the activation and it wont work. Since I'm joining my girlfriend account and we change her data plan two weeks ago, it's screwing with something in the system. We call the store support and the lady completely screws up the account. Instead of deleting the old edge agreeement and starting over, she tries to modify it and now it's showing two edge accounts and it wont let me activate the phone because it think it's already been activated. I sat in the office for two hours trying to get this matter solved. Now I'm waiting to see If they can set the phone back to brand new and we start over. If we cant do that, I will have to order a new phone(Which will take another month) or do a two year contract. .. I cant win with this damn phone.
