Well just an update... My order, placed on 9/28 for (2) iPhone 6 64gb Space Gray models and (1) iPhone 6 Plus 128gb Space Gray model, which had a ship date of 10/31 still has not had any movement , according to their status page. When I called last week, I was assured delivery on 10/31; but I checked our account with FedEx and UPS and there are no scheduled deliveries for today. I think at this point, I'm going to cancel my order with Verizon and most likely switch carriers at this point. My last experience with their customer service center tells me they've really changed focus as a company, and now they are no different than any other carrier out there. Time to start price comparing again!
Well today has come and gone, no shipment or charge to my credit card; and now... Tonight I came home to find an e-mail from Verizon telling me they did not have enough stock to fulfill my order and my next expected ship date is now 11/21! Are you f'in kidding me? The new phones won't ship until 11/21 and I have to have my old devices back to Verizon by 12/1; over a holiday, where everything moves slower? WTF is all I can say... I am so steamed right now...
