VZW Order Status Thread

I had the same thing happen. Ordered 10/13, projected ship date today, 10/31. Nope, pushed back until 11/21.

I called apple earlier today and it turns out they had a 128gb SG+ in stock at an apple store a short drive from me. Had to stand in line for a few hours but I got it. While waiting in line I cancelled my verizon order.

I encourage you guys to do the same. Apple stores are beginning to get this specific model in stock and one near you will almost definitely have it before 11/21. Don't go by istocknow.com though, because it isn't accurate. It showed several near me had my model in stock but the apple store said only one had it. Call the local apple store and see which ones have it in stock. Obviously don't cancel your verizon order until you know it is in stock nearby. Good look to everyone that had misfortune today and don't be discouraged.

Thats what I plan to do later tonight. Does anyone know when the stock shows up on Apple.com? Is it Midnight or 9AM local time? I seem to recall with my iPhone 5 is was midnight.

This is ridiculous. Currently on the phone with Verizon to figure out WTH is going on. It sucks too since I traded in my old 4s after getting my 6 Plus for the $200 to use towards his phone. Oh well. I guess I can use the voucher to pay for the bill instead. Still not happy Verizon!!

I must say T-Mobile and AT&T are looking mighty good right now.

If you want your $200 you must buy only from Verizon. Thats why most of us stuck here because of that freaking $200 which is do not worth it any more but I send my old phone already.
Check apple app after 9:00am thats when they updating stock
 
I had a similar situation to the poster above. Ordered a 64GB 6+ in silver from Verizon with a projected ship date of 11/21. Kept checking istock and finally saw them in stock today at a local Best Buy. Called and they had 5 of them. Hopped in the car, drove over and once confirmed, cancelled my Verizon order while the guy grabbed one out of stock for me. Took 15 minutes and I was out of there. Persistence does pay off and at Best Buy you have to show up to get one, so at least someone can't beat you on the phone.

I just checked the other threads. Looks like T-Mo got pushed back too. ATT doesn't look great. The only ones getting it on time are the Apple orders. If I wasn't a new Edge customer I would have gone with them.

Yes I know that is why we ordered from them. Doesn't matter now. It seems we'll be lucky to get it in time for a Christmas present. Maybe.

Huh, good to know. We would have ordered from Apple too if it wasn't for that damn coupon. Oh well. To late now.
 
Ordered 6plus Sg 64 on 10-6. Still no change on iconic. Anyone order same date with any movement?

I ditto that, I am so ticked off right now I could scream at every stinking Verizon rep there is. I spent the last hour calling all over town. Radio Shack has several 6+64 silver but not for Verizon only AT&T and Sprint. They claim they never got any 6+ here in Vegas for Verizon. Same Story from Best Buy. Frys electronics claim they are only carrying AT&T for any of the 6 phones and will not provide for Verizon for the 6 till sometime in January.
The crazy thing is my iconic still of course shows C but still has ship date by 11/03 :mad:
 
So i just cancelled my iphone 6 gold order and replaced it with the 6 + gold 16. Its estimated shipping is tomorrow. Woohoo!

Best BUY has 6+ for all the carriers BUT Verizon in all the Las Vegas stores and they told me they have not gotten in any Verizon for 6+ since they were released.

It looks like all the 64GB silver at BB went to the east side of the country. They show in stock at most of their stores.

Yea, no Verizon from the Mississippi west.
 
Been looking for regualr 64 6 SG pretty much impossible to find local for me this is killing me! let me know if one of you guys is also waiting on a 6 to ship

I am not sure where you are seeing this with BEST BUY because I just spoke with two stores and they all say yes they have them for the other carriers but NOT Verizon. This web site for them just states COMING SOON http://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchp...=n&seeAll=&browsedCategory=pcmcat211300050002

They don't show up on their web site. All the stores get shipments every day. They're not even taking orders at this point as they just sell out from day to day. Check istocknow.com and you can see where they are.

Here's all the Best Buy locations that show 6+ 64GB in silver in stock. That's why they're not shipping from Verizon.

So -- FYI -- anyone not receiving a CONF number - I received one from VZW today in my email - so you don't have to call - it will come as your delivery date gets nearer..

I'm waiting on 11/7 but I hope it's sooner --

but again, it's just a phone. :)
