Haven't posted on here in a long time, but I was able to get a 6+ 64 SG at the apple store, had to drive 40 min to NYC, but I got one without waiting for VZW to get and ship them. I always feel the carriers get the short end when a new iPhone comes out

I was expecting to have to wait a long time after reading this thread but, my phone shipped yesterday and is know out for delivery. I should have it soon!

Just an update from yesterday. I stopped by the store last night and they said they have no idea why my status is unchanged or where my phone is. They were going to "escalate" it somehow and should hear something by tomorrow, they said, but this is ridiculous. I prepaid for the phone and now they have my money and no idea where my phone is.

Where can I find the letter on Iconic? I do not see a C, or an S on my listing. Only a "D" which precedes some numbers on the "ACE Order Location"

It's at the very bottom left after you pull up iconic. Make sure you are using iconic and not the verizon pre-order site that they have set up. This is how mine shows at the bottom of all the random characters and fields:

Is Iconic even worth checking anymore? I was originally scheduled for 10/31 ship and got the email from Verizon pushing to 11/21. Iconic still showing C with a date of 10/31/2014, so it hasn't been updated. Wonder if it will even change to S when it eventually ships.

It does change once it goes to processing, I got an email pushing my date to 11/7 and iconic never changed from 11/3 when I got the S.

I just noticed my card was charged yesterday on 11-3-14 but when I check to see the status, it doesn't say anything on the verizon website other than the order number. And how do I see the iconic thing??

I ordered in a corporate store, and just called CS to double check if I got the free overnight shipping. She couldn't access details of the order but said usually if you order in store it is standard 2 day shipping, and online orders are the ones with free overnight. She had no way to access what shipping I actually got. Any ideas/thoughts?

Ok. I just used the Verizon chatting service and operator told me that the phone has already been shipped. So I checked the site, and no status there. I called Verizon, automatic machine tells me that the phone has been SHIPPED, RECEIVED, AND ACTIVATED I freaked out and talked to a representative and she said the phone has not been shipped yet but expected to be shipped by the 7th. She doesn't know why the automated service and chatting operator told the wrong info.
I will never do this bullcrap with verizon again, ever.
 
I keep seeing people cancel their order and pickup a phone at the VZW store, Best Buy, and Apple Retail store and its getting tempting lol. I ordered on 10/14 before the Edge agreement changed to 75% and really don't want to get stuck locked into 75%. I guess I better just wait it out to stay on the old edge agreement in case I want to upgrade again next year.. man this wait is rough lol
 
So. I feel stupid. I kept checking iconic for a tracking number and nothing was coming up and I finally decided to login to my account and just check order status there. It shows the tracking number and the tracking number says it was shipped yesterday.

Btw. My ref number was LocationID_00ordernumber01. I know a lot of people have been trying to figure out the system so I thought this might help. I'm expected to get mine on Thursday. Woot!
 
I called last night at 8pm and they just updated about 20 minutes ago as Shipped with tracking numbers.


Thanks again. The account manager called around 11:30am EST and took care of it. Apparently, they had the wrong expiration date on one of the orders and the other order needed to be changed to bill to the account. Iconic still reflects B. It hasn't changed yet. Maybe later this evening or tomorrow. I'll keep you posted and update the website.

Cool, it will change soon compared to how long we have been waiting. I will never pre order from Verizon again.
 
Iconic access fail

You need the preorder confirmation number also called backorder confirmarion number it should be 16 digits and you need your last name just plug them in for X in this link

Iconic status C means your fine just wait
S means sent for processing will ship soon
E means Error call immediately
