So true...

:) This is really modular.

Take a look at the new CPUs and M2 drives, but also to the Pro desktop solutions coming to the market. I think they give a good insight into where the form factor is going.

I was waiting to see if new desktops were coming with some real horse power but I guess not, our fleet of mac pros from 2012 are dying and lagging...we skipped the "cylinder" as our competitor complained about how much trouble they had with them so bought some dell precisions maxed out, the graphics art dept complained but oh well they are working great and we could not afford to wait it out with business doubling this year

Interesting, thanks. But am I the only one who cringed through most of it? Makes you appreciate the professionalism and flow of Apple’s keynotes and product events.

Yes - you are the only one who cringed. ;)

Everyone else realized that the clip was from a much longer keynote and was chopped to the most significant nine minutes.

One shouldn't judge the whole keynote from this chopped excerpt.

You must have missed this year's WWDC keynote then ...

Tupperware parties are just as slick, plus they have content and decent products to sell .
Affordable too, modular, backwards compatible, based on customer needs .
And the hosts are not a bunch of trained monkeys reading from a script .

As someone who watched the whole keynote, it's really not worth watching the full thing to judge. :p

Apple's events have their ups and down, but in their favor they're usually quite disciplined with time and they usually get competent presenters. Your actual interest is of course going to waver whether or not you care about the topics they're covering (AI bandmates and Apple TV wallpapers are never going to be interesting to me.)

You assume that I failed to realize that the clip was chopped (despite the rather large "Intel's Computex keynote in under 9 minutes" header and obvious cuts in both video and audio), which would suggest you have me pegged for a moron.

If that is indeed the case, why even bother to reply? Just to be snarky?

lol.. I didn't mean to cause a turmoil

The point of the summarised video (and yes, only Apple can do keynotes ) is that Intel drove OEMs to build new "Pro creative" PCs, with apparently 1-2 full PCI slots. I would expect a mMP to start from 2 and have options for more slots with additional modules.

Ad hominems are so classy.

I've heard plenty of the same criticism, and I prefer to get it from people who don't have these as their video thumbnails:

It's all about that MLM (not a ponzi scheme!) employment these days.
Tupperware is pretty good. They'll replace sets at no charge. For glassware, I really like the Pyrex stuff. Seals on containers still work four years later.

In terms of Tupperware, I had a bunch of stuff in storage from decades ago that hadn't been used in decades. Turned it in and got the equivalent in new sets.
