I can read chinese, I try to translate it here, and sorry for my English..
I met a friend who works in Quanda, if you don't know Quanda please search it using Baidu(similar with google).
he is working on the MBP in the workshop. my computer is almost scraped. he just told me some message,
I know many FY(guys with same interest about Apple products, met in a forum - weiphone.com, like us in this thread.) are tired of waiting, I share these messages here.
First, I don't know the exactly release date, I am not the one whoes closest people works in Qunda, I just made a friend with this guy, blabla..
personally I think the message from foundation supply chain or OEM is more reliable, blabla...
the mold is changed, 100% confirmed. this guy is in charging of MBP13, and currently the MBP13 is in volume production stage, they have 3 product lines and could produce 3000+ aday, mold is changed, the biggest feature of MBP13 is thinner, but battery life is bad (or not good), no touch ID and OLED Bar,100% confirmed. the CPU is skylake, 1 headphone jack, yes there is headphone jack, 2 Type C. the battery is redesigned, and 2 explosion happened in the week before last week during the pilot production, which slow down the produce. however he said the problem was fixed now and volume production is started.
I often visit this forum, and several days ago, a guy here said that beside the MBP13 and MBP15, there is another 13 inch MacBook(with fan, not pro) will be released at Oct. (I remember he said that this 13 inch MacBook was planed to be released at Sep. but was cancelled at the last moment, and it would be released at Oct.) so I double confirmed with the guy working in Quanda, was he talking about the MBP 13 or the 13-inch new MB ? he said it's MBP13 definitly, because there is "pro" printed in the mac body. If there is only 2 Type C, I would be so upset and have nothing to say. As for MBP15, I asked him some question too, but he is not in charging of MBP15, he just heard from his colleague that there is touch ID and OLED Bar for MBP15, but he didn't know anybody who was working on the MBP15, so he think the MBP15 is still in pilot production stage.
