Everything you said is irrelevant. Intel makes faster processors at the same price point every year. Yet three years later we have neither faster processors or lower price points.

That's EXACTLY MY POINT 😀 Every year we get an increase in speed from the "New Intel Chip" and it's like 5% increase and the same prices...it's a meaning less increase in speed. Our Macs are ALL GOOD, they are ALL DONE practically.

I mean when you compare a 2015 rMBP to 2016 rMBP, when you are thinking about which to buy, you gotta look at the ports, the replaceable SSD or not, the OLED bar or no OLED bar, etc... The whole SkyLake Chip waiting part, is really meaningless, the comparison is in USABILITY and STABILITY, if you ask me...

Oh an on another note! I caught up 13 pages read! damn that took 2 hours!

I started at 1188, and they were up to 1198, and while freaking reading it ended up at 1201 damn!

I wonder if the new report that the "MBP is still coming this month" could be a controlled Apple leak to calm us all down? On the other hand, they probably wouldn't use "a reliable Chinese supplier", but rather "a friendly American journalist" to leak this.

Now, re/code is who they use for leaks! (And Dalrymple).

Although I am guessing that did not actually happen in this case, because it's close enough that they could have just sent the invites already...
