Look at the photo which I posted on page 1313. You can see that although it visually blends in, the touch ID sensor is a separate unit.

I was referring to the photo posted by erac26 that shows the 'power' icon on top of the touchID sensor. That's fake as the touchID is not a screen and just a button (like on our iPhones). This is another *he shall not be named* wannabe pretending to be an Apple insider.

Ya I agree, not sure if that poster was posting a mockup or what as a power icon on the OLED bar doesn't make sense (unless the TouchID button is a separate screen too?)

I see that some people from UK are optimistic about the price of the MacBooks after Thursday, but I am pretty sure that they will increase the price just like they did with the iPhones. Last year when euro’s value fell they increased the base model rMBP’s price from 1299€ to 1449€ at the first keynote they had.

Yeah there's plenty of precedent to suggest a very steep price hike will be coming from this Thursday-Friday in the U.K. Maybe they will be willing to take some of the pain from their margins due to the very sudden decline, but I doubt it.
