...when you look at the graphics capability already available. Connecting two 5k screens over USB-C will be possible. What more do people want???

If I want to optimize my computation, I'll do it on a Xeon Phi or a NVIDIA Tesla or Xeon AVX-512 or whatever. Not on my portable computer. It's stupid to even try.

I Agree 100 %! Current and future iGPUs provide already enough power for mobile workstations. For anything else people can use real desktop computers or specialized servers. Even Amazon sells compute services.

Nope. The first Polaris chip-- R7 M460 is already out in the wild.
Edit: even if this chip is a rebranded one, Polaris 10/11 are still expected in June.
