...when you look at the graphics capability already available. Connecting two 5k screens over USB-C will be possible. What more do people want???

If I want to optimize my computation, I'll do it on a Xeon Phi or a NVIDIA Tesla or Xeon AVX-512 or whatever. Not on my portable computer. It's stupid to even try.
I Agree 100 %! Current and future iGPUs provide already enough power for mobile workstations. For anything else people can use real desktop computers or specialized servers. Even Amazon sells compute services.
 
AMD announced earlier this year that its next generation Polaris graphics cards are set to launch in mid 2016, just a few months from now.

The Polaris 10 and 11 chips will go into new desktops and notebooks from Apple, which the company plans to bring to market later this year.

Does this do anything for the likelihood of a separate (earlier) silent rMBP update, especially considering the out of stock rMB? Maybe they'll just be like "You know all the design stuff with the rMB, basically like that but bigger."
