Enjoy the scorching sun. We have two seasons:
Burning spring (January - June)
Hell on Earth (July - December)

But hey, you can save money on propane gas/electricity and fry your eggs right there on your balcony.

I was at the Apple Store today and I paid the most attention to the 12" MacBook. While it certainly wasn't the first time I've seen it, I looked at it with a far more open mind this time, and I have to say that I am really impressed with it (finally). The build quality feels superb despite the fact that it is now approaching the thinness of a tin can, and it feels super sleek when you shut the lid and pick it up. It just oozes stylishness and quality, and that mirrored Apple logo looks really sharp. Also, that all metal hinge is just to die for. It makes the black plastic clutch cover on the current MBP look like an unrefined, unattractive eyesore.

The keyboard looks much more refined with the individual LED's, and with less space between each key and the aluminum cut out, it just seems like a more advanced step up. I know that people hate the typing experience, but I think I found out the trick to make it palatable. If you just lightly press each key and use less force, it works fabulously and each key feels a lot more stable. You do have to alter your typing experience because applying the same amount of force will cause the key to bottom out and give you harshness and resistance. It's definitely different, but it's not as much of a dealbreaker as I thought. Just don't try and fight the shallow key travel...embrace it and I think it'll be a better experience for a lot of people.

Overall, I must say that if Apple is going to take the same design language and engineering smarts to the next MBP, we should all be very satisfied when they deign to release it to us, I hope. Coming home to type this on my 2011 15" MBP is just a huge, huge step down. I feel like a technological caveman on this thing. What a difference a half a decade makes. I need to modernize ASAP.

I had a 13" 2012 model and it always seemed like it could've benefited from a quad-core processor and dGPU. I'll be getting a 15" this time.

How can you guys be calm, though? I'm FREAKING OUT!!!

There better be a new MBP on Monday or I might just lose it
