With the late May report from Ming-Chi Kuo, the site had reported:
So, the new MBP is the most significant upgrade across any product line in Apple history, or just in relation to the MBP? Because that statement certainly seems to mean over all product lines which makes me immeasurably excited.
I think the second one.
Still pretty exciting.
And quite understandable, either.
Think about it (beware, they are all speculations):
- finally a decentGPU worth the name
- improved battery life, thanks to Skylake and terraced batteries
- powerful Skylake CPU
- remarkably thin
- integration with Siri and this mythical OLED bar
- maybe a better display?
- probably faster SSD and RAM, and hopefully Octane Technology.
There are a lot of things that make the eternal awaiting worth.
