Walmart Receives iPhone 4s, Apple Confirms Early iPhone 4 Deliveries on June 23rd

My tracking says at 12:29am it was in memphis what if we get them today or will they hold them one whole day? Im only three hours from memphis, tn. SO FREAKING CLOSE!
 
Both of my Premier ordered AT&T phones are now scheduled to arrive 6/23 by 3pm.
While I am happy that we get the phones a day early, I am also kind of bummed about having to cancel some volunteering I do every Wednesday to sit home and wait for the delivery. No way am I leaving that much money sitting on my doorstep. I take one of my four Greyhounds to a Assisted Living and Memory Care facility on Wednesdays. I bet a lot of people will be having this issue with having arranged for a vacation day on Thursday. Hopefully they can switch it out to Wednesday now.

I'm pretty sure AT&T premier is AT&T for Business. For example, I ordered and used the company discount and all my emails from AT&T about my order say "AT&T Premier" in them.

Let's remember that this is by NO MEANS written in stone tomorrow...I have class I will presumptively have to miss. However, your most surefire way of knowing whether or not this is true is to check the fedex page tomorrow morning and see if the shipment made it to your city or not, and if so, whether it is out for delivery. I would think that if AT&T was going to have fedex hold the shipments till thursday, then they wouldn't be allowed to go out for delivery. Just my two cents...

Apparently there's an iOS 4.0 jailbreak out there already. People are selling jailbroken 3GSs with iOS 4.0 all over Craigslist here already.

If anyone knows who already developed one, I'd love to know where to find it.
 
this happened in the UK on the iPad so no surprise, a little gutted i have to queue at the store but oh well

Ditto for me. We'll see if the "Anticipated Ship Date" holds, but if it does, I'd say AT&T will have the iPhone 4 at my door tomorrow. The only bad thing about doing it this way is that next time Apple does a major launch, people will say, "order it online and you'll get it a day before everyone else!" thus causing even more of a meltdown, potentially. I suspect early arrival will not continue to be a perk of online pre-ordering, but was done as a rare exception in this case to give the activation servers at least a chance of surviving this week.
 
I was just thinking, since Walmart is going to be carrying iPhone 4... will they sell the phone at 12AM on the 24th? Since they are open 24/7 in most locations. I have a reservation at the Apple store, but if I can get it at 12AM instead of 7AM that would be sweet.
 
I woke up to that email, too. I wasn't sure if it was for real or some sort of spam. Very glad to hear that it appears to be true!
 
I got the email from Apple for 23rd delivery too. My Fedex tracking shows it left Anchorage and is on schedule for a June 24th delivery :(

woke up this morning to a canceled order on AT&T'S WEBSITE AND MY WIFES CANCELED ON APPLES SITE GUESS WHO WILL BE WAITING IN LINE WEDNESDAY NIGHT HERE IN COLUMBUS :mad::confused::apple:
 
FedEx shows that mine is in New Jersey....arrives in Maryland tomorrow...awesome...wait, it's for my wife, not me....still excited! (I have a firm-issued 3GS, so we are working on them to upgrade...)
 
I got the "June 23rd" email from Apple, but count me in with those whose FedEx status still shows "June 24" as a delivery date.
