Heh. Well, I will say this - no matter how I figure it, I don't see how Jony comes up with 9 hours JUST to cut the links. The one comment suggests there's over 100 components. So, fine, that's 540 minutes. If we even it off at 100, that's an average cutting time of 5.4 minutes per piece.
I can't see any of these pieces taking that long to cut.
And, yes, I see where you're coming from. I wouldn't call them man hours, I'd call them machine hours. Even if you tally them up in parallel, I don't see how it comes up to 9 hours just to cut.
Sure, you start adding the additional machining, etc, it could add up, but just to cut the pieces??
