I only removed Carrot. from mine and I did get an extra day out of the charge. I am also looking at the Background Activity to see what is active and what I can turn off. I **think** I have it as minimized as I can.
I’ll do the same thing as I don’t even access carrot on my Apple Watch as much. Will report back with the results.

Y’all on watchOS 26.3, how are you guys doing with it? Battery life good or bad?

26.3 beta has been HORRENDOUS for me. Can barely get 8-10 hours on a charge. 26.2 was better and that was awful already. Take me back to watchOS 11!

thank goodness I stayed away from updating to it. I still get 12-13 hr on average and had a few days of once a day of charging my watch.

Since removing Carrot - I am getting 3+ days on one charge. I use every sensor for health, use it for workouts and walking. I was getting 2 days before that.

Same I felt it normalised on watchOS 26.2 on the series 6. Back to 15 hours per single charge.

I do use my Apple Watch for sensors and walking, too.

I’ll do the 26.2.1 watchOS public update today.
