As with some others, this did not work for me on the first try, and also did not work after 4th or 5th try. Yes, I updated iOS 13 Beta first, in case there are those "it worked for me the first time" skeptics who may think otherwise. However, what I did get on try number 2-5 was "cannot find watch" or something to that effect. What finally did work for me were these steps: (1) Delete Profile (2) Restart watch (3) Download and Install Profile (4) Restart Watch (5) Restart Phone. (6) Update. Hope that helps.

Nothing is working for me. Have tried all suggestions multiple times. Even did a factory reset on the watch and set it up as new. Re-downloaded the profile and did the mentioned procedures and same error.

Not sure what’s up.

P.S. yes, phone is updated to current Beta build.

*UPDATE: After 15 tries between last and this morning it finally worked. Was able to initiate the download on my watch. Whew!

Thanks!! I tried this a few times and didn't work:
Delete profile
-Restart watch
-Download profile
-Restart Watch
-Update

The directions above did it on the first try.

Was finally able to download the update using the following steps.
• Delete profile
• Restart watch
• Download profile
• Restart Watch
• Update using Settings on Watch

Fixed this error

For those who still can’t update their Apple Watch to watchOS 6 beta, be sure to also try putting the iPhone aside, place the Apple watch on your wrist, unlock the watch and then look at the setting/general/software update on the watch itself.
(Only works with watchOS 6 beta 2 or higher)

shazam no longer has the offline dash on my watch. My Weather Live app still does though.

FYI for some not sure if any of you use it but betaprofiles website, on twitter the guy was issued a DMCA takedown notice and he said he is not allowed to talk about it. Not sure if it has anything to do with the betaprofiles or not

That really sucks. It's been nice to have a single source for those profiles and not worry about sketchy downloads.

At first I thought restarting the watch twice would be redundant... But after trying everything else I said what the heck and followed your steps... it worked! thanks!

Tried all methods to install the latest beta, still not working.
Me too. I have removed and replaced the profile 5 or 6 times. I used the steps BalutFX suggested. Nothing. I have tried to install from both the phone and the watch.

I remember this happening once before during a beta and it took a while for Apple to fix something on their end. I hope this is the same.

I finally got my watch to work after about 20 tries. Nothing posted here worked so I tried a combination of the things that did work.

1. Uninstall profile off watch and reboot
2. Install profile on watch.
3. Shut down phone and watch
4. Only boot up watch.
5. Make sure watch is connected to wifi then click software update.
6. Go through update questions on watch and start update.
7. Turn on phone.

Nothing else would work for me and this worked for both watches I have (me and my wife’s)

best of luck

Thanks. Didn’t work for me though. Still just getting the same error.

I can’t believe it but after at least 10 other things that I tried this one worked.

Thanks so much for your idea!

Finally working this morning. I didn’t do anything apart from clock software update. Looks like there was a fix from Apple. Either that or having the watch on the charger to start with enabled it.

I've actually noticed a really bad battery drain on Beta 4. Probably the worst I have seen since I started using Betas. No idea what is causing it but yesterday my watch was nearly dead at the end of my work day, which is about 7 hours before the end of the night for me. Plus I ususally listen to Podcasts through my watch and I wasn't even doing that at all yesterday yet it was still that low.

Anyone else having battery issues?

I can't send (or respond) to texts on my watch, keeps saying dictation failed - I've restarted my watch, and it still won't do it. Also sometimes messages are showing as "Unknown" or blank for the name of the person who sent. Anyone else having these issues?

Edit: Fixed the dictation issue, I guess it toggled "enable dictation" off when I upgraded. Toggled it back on and that's working. Now we'll see if the "Unknown" text message issue ever goes away.

Hopefully, someone can answer these questions about the WatchOS betas. I would appreciate it. Thinking about installing now that I'm running iOS 13 Beta 4.

- Is there a "Find My" complication/app to replace the Find My Friends comp/app?
- Any issues with Siri talking to HomeKit devices? With iOS 13 currently installed, it seems it won't command my garage door properly. Didn't have time to test lights this morning.
- Anyone else having the issue @boxermansr mentioned above with responding to texts?

Thanks, this was driving me nuts
