Yes but if that were the case it would make more sense to make that the FIRST version of OS 11, not the LAST of OS X. Like I said, I think an extinct cat would be fitting for the last version of OS X.

By using the "mix" at the end instead of the beginning, you assure a fresh start without back references, while the last one points to the future.

Sea Lions are not cats.

Personally, I think they should end the OS X series with an extinct cat, such as Sabertooth. Or they could go with the Caspian Tiger, which is extinct but who's name is also a sea. Would make a nicer transition to Ocean names for OS 11 than Sea Lion!

OS X Sabertooth.. That's something Scott Forstall would like.

Extinct animals = sadness. Bad for marketing. Only exception might be the dodo

My prediction for WWDC:

I will get absolutely NO work done!

Seriously my boss is away on business and I'm about to leave for vacation. Should I even bother coming into work on Monday

On topic: I really love this thin font trend (don't care who started it). They look so nice on screen :)

That's one of the advantages of being in the UK, it starts at 6pm our time so work doesn't get in the way :D

I hope this means 10.9 is gonna be released. Pleas don't disappoint me Apple.

It will be. We're on yearly release cycles. IIRC Mountain Lion was announced at WWDC and was on the App Store a couple of hours later.

First we changed the music industry.
Then we changed the publishing industry.
Now we're about to change the adult-entertainment industry.
