I already did it a week ago, everybody must do the same.Maybe everyone should report to the Apple assistance to let them know about it!
Hopefully with the next update it will be fixed..funny thing if you ask apple about it they will say no one has reported it LOLNo problem let’s stay in touch until we find a solution. 👌🏻
Yes I hope the others will do it too 👌🏻I already did it a week ago, everybody must do the same.
Welcome to the club, I really hope it will be fixed soon ;DAdd another one to this issue, 16" MBP with M1 Max, black screen just before the login screen.
Thing is I wouldn't have noticed this if I hadn't of been worrying that I'd damaged my screen when the base lifted it up with slightly.... These MacBook screens seal shut pretty tight
Damn ... luckily we still have time before the release, I hope more people will report until then ...the Ventura 13.4 beta2 doesn't fix the issue
Did you try what I said about changing the luminosity of the screen with your keyboard ? It's the first time that I have a big issue like that with my mac i'm really upset about it :/ When I left the PC world I was so happy with Apple products stability. This time when I Turned on the maccbook pro and it did the flicker it did NOT want to get out of it so I had to reboot it..I swear I wish I had NEVER updated to 13.3 never had any issues til this stupid update wish they would just fix it

No just changing luminosity on the F1 F2 keyboard key. I realized that when I do that the screen goes back to normal instantly!Yeah I am going to try what you said I had read on the apple forum something about going to display setting and changing Promotion to 60 hertz is that what you mean?

Ok ! keep us in touch, did you find more thread about this issue ?yeah cause what happened this time is the computer booted up and after it did the flicker when I put in my password it flickered again but this time it would NOT go to the screen so I was like holy crap Im so screwed no insurance I got a dead machine so it rebooted and this time it worked but it did flicker again I was reading online on the apple community that someone suggested going into the display setting and changing promotion to 60 hertz and that fixed it for now so I did that will see if that works
Yes, i'm so used about Apple Software reliability that at first I thought maybe I did a mistake with the mac. And then i reseted it and the probleme remained .. For me it's a major issue cause you have to wait that it happens to be able to use your mac and sometime the flickering happens something like 5 sec after my desktop. It's so annoying ... and since the last update I have many little bug in all my devices. For the price we pay for it ... they have no excuses.Frankly, I'm so disappointed in Apple this time. The software advantage is the best reason why I use a mac. Now the macOS turned to be this which I coudn't imagine 10 years ago. And it hasn't been fixed for almost 3 weeks, even the Apple Support guys haven't known what caused the problem.
Definitely true buddy. For recent years, I've found Apple's Software are not reliable as before whatever the macOS or the iOS. I prefer they won't publish macOS every year but to make the macOS stable and more efficient.Yes, i'm so used about Apple Software reliability that at first I thought maybe I did a mistake with the mac. It's still better than the alternatives but yes ... They should develop major update only every two/three years for mac-os, they could introduce some little features between but mostly fiability and security .. For iOs it's a little bit more complicated, because it's harder to sell new smartphone without new features ..Definitely true buddy. For God's sake I miss Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard so much!
