Software Engineer. Series Space Black Stainless Steel in 42mm. I use a sport band 90% of the time, but I've got a leather loop for more formal occasions and a nike+ sport band for the gym. It's used primary for unlocking my MacBook, showing me notification on my wrist (and thus, oddly enough, seriously improving my iPhone's battery life), fitness tracking, and Apple Pay. Never used a third party app, probably never will.

Why not stay in another 10? My dad retired from the Navy at 40 (good lord, my age next month) but would have stayed in if my mom weren’t done with all the moving!

@DoubleFlyaway Not sure if your father is still alive, but if he is please tell him a “fly boy” said “Thank you for your service!!” Well staying another 10 does sound tempting but I am ready to retire and maybe looking at finding a special someone to help me not spend my retirement check with so to speak :). I have managed to stay single my entire time in the military and I am not getting any younger. I only have a few requirements though, she also be an iPhone user. By the way @DoubleFlyaway you don’t look a day over 26 in your profile pic.

Thanks. :) I got good aging genes from my mom.

Thank you for your service!

42mm SG S3 non-LTE.
You'd need to sign an NDA ;)

Will this suffice for my NDA?

I'm a rodeo clown,* so I thought it important to get the Stainless Steel version (Series 3, non-LTE) to avoid scratches.

______
*(OK, not really. I'm just a corporate lawyer and when I upgraded to a Series 3 from my Series 0 SS, I went with the space grey aluminum version.)

Adding my two cents as the spouse...

Hubbs retires in 3 years. He’ll be 40 with 23 years in the military. He wants to retire while he’s considered a relatively marketable age for the civilian job market. I’m a year-and-a-half older than Hubbs, so I’ll be pushing 42. If we want to have a two-legger, it’s then or never. Any older and we’ll be 103 by the time the kid graduates college. Plus, with my job, there’s no way I could take care of a young child, while he’s deployed.

Watch series 2 stainless steel 38mm, bureaucrat

Thank your husband and you (cause I know you serve in a different way) for both of y’all service!! Well like I said I will be retiring next year at 38 and do also consider myself very marketable for a civilan job.

AW series 2 42MM

Deeds & Records assistant for Law firm

I use my watch for notifications, keeping track of the unpredictable English weather, Apple Pay, checking in via Swarm, tracking my steps and flights of stairs walked up and also finding out the time now and again ;)
Strava is my most used app on the watch I cycle to and from London everyday, 14.5 miles each way...I'm also a sucker for the challenges in Activity!

My wife has been having a spell of bad health lately so I've been spending a lot of time in hospitals. I can't help noticing how many medical personnel wear Apple Watches.

AW 3 42mm non GPS aluminum. My job title is Lead Service Technician. I work on various electrical equipment usually government and industrial contracts. While not glamorous I do enjoy it.

I work heavily with my hands and while I feel its to a higher degree I would consider myself "blue collar" so I keep a snap on case on my AW all day and it gets beat up...A LOT. However the watch itself has been holding up perfectly. I went with the aluminum because I thought it would be destroyed by now, but its looks brand new!

Series 0 SS for me. Have about 30 bands in total and change it up every day because I’m slightly crazy. Pensions Actuary by day :)
