mine... (I have the home button double-click set to phone favs, so that's why i don't have phone in the dock)

I also just like the look of having at least most of the home screen the same as the stock phones....call me crazy but I just think it looks sweet.

I forget how to do the screen capture, so doing it old school:

    SMS, Calendar, Photos, Camera
    NetNewsWire, iProRecorder, Maps, WeatherBug
    Clock, Calculator, CarStat, Settings
    Facebook, Shopper, i.TV, ShoppingList (Holiday)

    Phone, Mail, Safari, iPod

I keep most of the stock. I have three jailbroken apps (Cycorder, Snapture and Winterboard) I don't have Stocks Icon (Poof) and have a 5 Icon Dock. My theme is Buff 2. And I like to keep the last row of the first page clean :D

I hardly ever use the Phone button. I use the Calendar button more than I use the Phone button. When I want to access my Phone, I double click my Home button. Chances are I'm going to call one of My Favorites anyway. It's way faster.

I thought I'd update my Homescreen pic, now that the new Google App is out:
