it's probably just a black image.

The Theme is called Picnic! You can get it from here or via Cydia

There are also some lock screen sliders that go perfectly with that theme in the macthemes thread, so make sure to check it out...

I'm going to change my phone right now.
Within all of my Apps, Weather and Weather Bug for example, I have my home city in the middle, with surrounding cities forward and backward, but for some reason, my mind had not yet considered doing the same with the home screens on my phone. Thank you for pointing this out.

been trying to use a lot of themes lately but found out that Winter board and all of the a themes compatible with it slows down the device to almost a freeze, so i'm back to basics...

in case you are wondering what language is displayed, it's hebrew

After stumbling upon this thread I quickly considered removing my phone icon from the bottom bar and double tapping like a few people have suggested here. I think its a great idea until you realize that the missed call and voicemail indicator goes with it.

Double-tap. Click voicemail or missed call. It's pretty simple.
