tired of sites showing u their crap mobile versions? install "user agent faker"(good one) NOT "useragent faker" (crap one)

Can anyone recommend a program that can backup app store savedata? AppBackup and AptBackup don't work at all/properly on the newest firmwares and PKGBackup is an expensive app that isn't totally reliable, from what I've read.

I'm trying Chronus now, but it's last update was in 2008, so I doubt it will work

I dont have a solution for you. Im using AppBackup (iOS 4.1) and it works fine for savedata. I guess I will stay away from 4.2.1 and 4.3.1, thanks for your input.

A couple I like is

confirmSMS--so you dont send to wrong person
NoSpot--takes the phone search out
Wicarrier--lets you see the actual name of the Wi-fi you are connected to

A few more apps that may not be well known:

1.**MyProfiles – Create different profiles for different GPS locations or time of day… turnoff wi-fi/sounds at work, airplane when you sleep. Also, setup alerts for specific email senders.

2.**BatteryDetective – Find out how much juice background apps or settings use (e.g. wi-fi, 3G)

3.**eWiFi – see more wi-fi spots around you.

4.* uTorrent Remote – manage your uTorrents remotely.

5.***Mail Rules – create custom rules (e.g. notifications, move email…) for your mail.

6.**Auto-Silent – similar to MyProfiles but without battery management features.* More settings for controlling notifications.* What is cool is that it interfaces with your calendar so that your phone can be silent during appointments.

ewifi is awesome just to bad they took it out of the apps store! anyone know why they would do that?

Damn. Thanks anyway.

For those interested, iTunes decided to not update properly last time and lost all my savedata. I got some back from an older restore, but I lost all my Infinity Blade savedata, along with Eternal Legacy and quite a few other games. If Apple or the iPhone wants to start being seen as a viable gaming platform, protecting savedata is a must. I'll probably start manually copying the game files over (there is some roundabout way that involves .plists and such).

No comments on PKGBackup then?

I thought iTunes saves this data?

RemoveBackground-kills running apps (free)
Springflash - turns on iPhone flash as flashlight (free)
Activator (free)

Here's what I do:

In Activator, on "Anywhere" set swipe right on status bar to go Home, Left on status bar to Sleep, double tap to turn on springflash and tap and hold status bar to remove background...nice!

FBPhotoSave - tap Facebook photos to save them to camera roll ($)

Gridtab for Safari. Shows the tabs in an iPad-like way. 9 tabs, with nice animated transitions!

I haven't really looked into all the Cydia apps at there (this thread definitely is going to reveal a few more gems of apps in Cydia) but these apps are why i jailbroke in the first place:

SbSettings
biteSMS
FastSnap

Not trying to be a mod or tell people what to do but these apps dont really go with the title of the thread, pretty sure everyone knows these apps.

Codethemed

Make themes on codethemed.com and then transfer them to your phone, really simple

I've been looking for an app that will allow me to quickly toggle my various mail accounts on and off without having to go into each mail account in Settings. I thought that I had this capability in the past (maybe with BossPrefs? which doesn't work in iOS 4). Perhaps SBSettings does this, but if so, I can't find it in the settings.

Does anyone know of an app that will do this?
