I got the MoKo Ultra Slim case. I really like it. it is slim and light. Just what I was looking for.

I also got one of those in the "gold" colour option to be honest the quality is poor and the case is pretty flimsy. It's not really good in my opinion sufficed it to say I haven't bother using it. That said they sell a separate frosted clear polycarbonate back case which is pretty good and I'm currently using that.

I just received mine today and am pleased with it as well. I honestly wasn't expecting that much as inexpensive as it is, but the quality is actually surprisingly good for the price. I didn't want a heavy bulky case that would double the weight of the iPad and just couldn't justify spending $118 combined for the Apple offerings, especially since the smart cover alone just doesn't look right anymore without the matching back cover due to the overlap.

I just got the Apple Silicone Case for my Pro 9.7. It's really overpriced but I really like since it matches the Smart Keyboard so well and I also got the iPhone version. It adds a lot of grip to the iPad and isn't too bulky or heavy which is pretty important if you already have the keyboard.

But does it attract lint ? My iphone silicone case does and it is annoying!

Which color do you have? I have the turquoise silicone case for my 6S and have no issues with lint at all. Had it for almost 4 months already.

I have the white one and the charcoal. Both attract loads of lints. However the white one is the worst since black lint shows a lot and its very annoying. I have the sadde brown leather case and find it more enjoyable.

I have the lavender case on my mini 4 and it never attracts lint. I have 2 cats, one black and one white, so if the case attracted anything it would be visible.

I bought the Apple silicon case for my iPad Pro at launch and initially was very happy because it hardly picked up any lint or dirt and the fit was perfect. After about a month though, the case has started to attract much more lint and dirt and I feel like I have to wipe it down at least three times a day. For the first 2 weeks I think I wiped it off once. Just something to think about. Also, it does add quite a bit of weight and thickness when compared to the Apple leath smart cases I used on my iPad Air and iPad Air 2.

I went for the ASK and also got a matte finish skin on the whole of the iPad.

It's perfect for the screen and the pencil, as it adds that extra frictions which really makes it feel like you are writing on paper. In addition to this, I don't need to buy a back case and add extra bulk as the whole of the device is covered.

Has anyone used the Smart Keyboard on the iPad Pro 9.7" with a different color silicone case? I have the rose gold iPad Pro with a midnight blue Smart Cover but also just got the ASK. If anyone had a different color case (not charcoal) with the ASK please post, really curious about midnight blue case with an ASK.
Thanks!

I think there's a lot of manufacturing variation with these covers. I got the Apple silicone cover for my iPad Mini 4 last year and it was such an awful dust and grit magnet that I returned it within a few days. No matter how often I wiped it clean, the next time I picked it up I would feel a new layer of grit under my fingers.

Then a few months ago I got an 9.7" IPP on launch day, and since there were next to no other cases available at first, I reluctantly bought the Apple silicone cover, figuring I'd end up returning it too. To my great surprise though, this one barely attracts dust at all. Completely different experience. The surface is much less tacky and grippy than on the other case. Feels like a slightly different material, or at least a different finish.

I wonder if the manufacture varies by color. I bought a lavender case and cover for my iPad mini 4 about 2 weeks after the initial release and I have zero problems with lint. Now I want to buy a silicone cover to go with a separate back for the iPad Pro 9.7. I was going to get a different color for variety but maybe I'm better off going with lavender again.

Interesting. Both my Mini and IPP covers were gray, though they were very different in terms of the lint issue. I'm wondering if it it could vary even between different production batches of the same covers.

I can never commit to just one case & usually have several for each device. :) Don't like being locked into just one look. Ordered a red one for my Space Gray Pro from an overseas seller on Ebay, then looked thru Best Buy's iPad Air 2 clearance choices online. I knew they'd block the speakers & Smart Connector; it was just to get something cheap to keep it protected until the EBay case arrived. To my amazement, the gold Kate Spade Folio was on clearance for $24.99. Maybe they thought it was obsolete, being for the Air 2 but whatever - my dream iPad would have a black bezel and gold back, so I pounced. Then I got an aqua Cynthia Vincent case for super cheap. (Oh yeah I used Reward Points on 'em too) When I checked on my order today, the same exact Kate Spade case had gone back up to $79.99! But I'll have three cases for about $35. k spade.jpg C vincent.jpg

I've had the Smart Keyboard since launch now and am pretty satisfied with it. I just wish there were some built in shortcuts that made up for the lack of Function row, specifically a universal shortcut for play/pause (with podcasts in mind).

I've been pretty happy with the Apple silicone case, and Smart Cover. I know it's a hefty price tag for both items but ever since I picked up an Apple case for my 5s, I've really been a fan of the Apple cases.

I got the official slicone case and the Smart Cover. Look how, over time, this green Smart Case from iPAD 4 (from 2013) changed radically:

Despite that, the iPAD 4 screen is still marvelous, after all these years. I had a screen protector installed from day one, and it looks like the screen is 3 days old, not years, it's still in pristine condition.

I have the apple silicone case with smart cover and smart keyboard. Also have the Leather Stilgut case which is very nice, however I don't use it. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

I'm using the same combination, and I like it. It fact, I have two sets of silicone cases, the charcoal and the midnight blue.

I find the silicone adds extra grip to the iPad, much better than the previous leather cases I've had. Despite being synthetic, the material has a luxurious feel to it. And it cleans up easily with a cloth and water or a light cleaner like Fantastik or 409. The fit and finish of the cover and the case are outstanding too. They are meant to work together.
