What case are you preping for the 3GS ?

I've ordered the new 3GS 16GB in white and should get it friday so have started looking at cases, the phone looks so sexy i dont wanna keep it covered up so no one can see it but i dont want any scratches, once while reading these forums i seen that you could get a film protector for the rear of the iphone similar to the ones you can put on the screen, does any one know of this and where i can find?

so now I am even more confused! lol

where did you get the invisible shield prof installed?

I would rather simply go with a whole body kit but I suck at installing those things.

so I already have 2 cases (seido and more) anti glare screen protectors and screen protectors that came with the more case and I still don't have anything that's worth using?
 
Ordered a couple of ifrogz cases for the wife and me - along with a couple of belt holsters and screen protectors. I'm not sure if we'll use the screen protectors or not yet - but at least we'll have them.
 
I had the contour showcase for my first gen and will be getting it for my 3gS as well. My Phone looks pristine. It is an EXTREMELY snug and sturdy fit so it won't scratch your phone. It does add a bit of bulk at the top and bottom of the display but its not too much of a hassle. I will also add the Power Support shield to protect the display. Judging by the amount of scratches that was on the case when I last took it off, its saved my resale value.

 
I have an Incase Slider (white), Incase Protective Cover (black), and Power Support Air Jacket (crystal and black) that are just waiting to house my iPhone 3G S.

I personally hate the Incase Protective Cover because although it is a good fit and very resistant to impact, it is hard to take out of a jeans pocket which is where my iPhone always is. If anyone wants to trade one of their plastic cases for my Incase Protective Cover (black silicone) PM me or post here and I will be more than happy :D

I have been using windows mobile phones for like 10 years and this is my 1st iphone. Seems I have already started my collection of different cases!

i picked up a PINK ifrogz luxe yesterday (but i'm going to return it to at&t cuz i found it online for WAAAAY cheaper!) it's SO purdy!!!!!

does anyone know if the speck candy shell fits into a docking charge station, and if so which docking station will it fit into?
 
Anyone have any theories on if the macro lens on the Griffin Clarifi will have some sort of conflict with the macro capability of the camera on the 3G S? Will macro + macro = fuzzy blurry picture?

Caligurl... love those Frogz, however, i've read a bunch of thoughts from people saying if they get wet, they bleed, on your face, on your hands, on your car if it rains, etc. Have you used these before and can state that isnt so? It just puts me off a bit thinking that if my case gets a little wet, i'll have BLUE all over the place and on my face. eeeeeks.
 
this is my first iphone... so no... haven't used them before.... hmmmmmm now you have me nervous! i haven't seen any reviews/comments that mention bleeding!

I had the same question. I live in Massachusetts and was trying to find a Zagg Mall Cart to install an Invisible Shield for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried a million different cases and what you pick is purely personal. I like minimal covering. IS is nice, but the little flaps on the side start to lift off and you will have to go back an have it reinstalled. They will charge you $10 each time for the "guaranteed" installation. I very much DO NOT like the feel of the IS on the screen.

I use anti-fingerprint on the screen and like Incipio feather (covers most of bezel all around) or the snap on back covers (Ebay has cheapest. Look at Ultra-Case.com for what they look like). I also sometimes use the stickers (GelaSkins, Infectious, etc) placed on the snap on back or on the device with a clear snap on.

Power Support and the like are a rip off for these. I cannot pay $30 for a piece of plastic.

Remember, these are individual opinions and your decision is very personal.
 
I like Innocase II cases, but they seem to lift up the edge of my screen protectors Otherwise, they are great.

Seidio makes a very nice holster for the Innocase II that also works with all of the snap on back covers, Incipio Feather, etc. Very easy to get into and out of the holster.

My 0.02 cents...

I 'm pretty sure the Zagg Store Finder only finds retail stores that sell the Zagg Invisible Shields such as Best Buy and Micro Center, it does not find Zagg Mall Carts. Anybody know if there is a Zagg Mall Cart in or around the Boston, MA area?
 
I just ordered the white speck candyshell case. I can't wait to put it on. ^_^
 
incase released a new frame cases including a black model. also if anyone has used the griffin reveal id like to know your thoughts on that personally i use a white incase slider with the zagg front on the screen

Will the Incase Slider work with a Zagg back and front?
