iPhone 11 What color iPhone 11 are you getting?

totally a personal opinion. i can't remember if you preferred the black over the red or not. if so, and you are still within return period, go get the black. if you're torn, you'll just have to decide. they have skins of every color, including black and red, plus the naked skins (which i got) which will allow you to protect the device with the original color still showing through (assuming a clear case or no case). you could always keep the red and then get a black skin if you wanted to temporarily have a different color for a while. might be cool with the little red outlines/accents around the camera and very edge of bezel. but totally up to you.

i'm currently trying to decide which color to get myself. split between purple and black. but i bought the naked skin so that whatever color i choose, it will still be seen with the skin on. but i do love the retro skins and may eventually switch up to that in 6 months or something for a change. and i'm now leaning toward getting a clear apple case for the phone, assuming it fits with the skin on. hopefully the other poster will come back and let me know how tight it is.

fyi - the dry install skin has a matte finish (not glossy). the wet install skin is glossy/shiny. i got the dry matte skin because i prefer the feel and it's less likely to have fingerprint smudges.

No case on the iPhone in these pictures but I am using two cases right now The Otterbox Lumen for weekends out in the woods and the Apple Clear Case during the week.

eBay. The picture shows a Pro, but the side bar shows 11. I've bought cases from eBay before and shockingly they fair better than the genuine Apple cases.

It's just a cheap clear case I got on Amazon. Here's the link.

Like most clear cases, the back gets smudged from fingerprints and has to be periodically wiped, but I suppose if I was using the iPhone 11 without a case I'd be wiping fingerprints off too.

Thanks for posting that pic, I’ve been looking for a direct comparison of the two colours.

I just got mine delivered and found the 11 RED to actually be quite pinkish. I really love the XR RED (which I named XRed ^^) with its darker red color, but the 11 is too much imho... already ordered a skin to cover the back side glass+camera section... I'm mostly interested in the red frame anyway.

That was my concern with my red and that’s why I returned it for a black.

a great idea of covering the back and leaving the sides. Please post pics when you’ve done it.

hopefully a deeper product red is released again in future.

Black, 128 GB. I got it from work, so can't complain.

Feelings so far:
- The display is fantastic, despite being LCD I think the colors may be just as good if not better than my X.
- The phone has a great premium feel to it. Feels better than last years XR.

However, I just think this phone is too big. I threw a case on it and it's just massive. Decided to go caseless and we'll see how that goes.

I much prefer the X/XS/11 Pro form factor to be honest.

Got the 11 in yellow. I upgraded from an iPhone 6 and the battery life on this device is AMAZING! By the end of the day I still have 80% battery! Never thought I wouldn't need to charge an iPhone everyday.
