Saw it in the Apple Store, Kind of reminds me of the Candy Apple Red of the old Muscle Cars. Love the color!View attachment 868291

I just couldn’t make up my mind with the iPhone 11’s. Returned my yellow 11, thought it was too heavy and thick. Ordered a silver pro max, cancelled that. Went to Apple store last Monday and decided to try an 11 again. This time got the purple, feeling good about it now. I think this one’s going to stick.
 
Here we are guys - my boring as boring can possibly get black 11. But boring for only a while as will be getting a more colourful case soon. Maybe a deep red. Or striking blue.

I’ve been debating between the purple and red. I have the product red XR and I love the 11’s brighter, bolder shade, but I also like the sort of understated purple. I finally ordered the purple, but I may be exchanging it for the red...

There'll be too many people with the red, and over time everyone will forget the difference in shade between the 11 red and the XR red. But purple .... that'll always look different. In a good way. Keep the purple!

That’s true I suppose. I also figure Apple will almost certainly come out with more Product red iPhones. Purple iPhones aren’t so guaranteed

If I get the Pro I would get Space Grey. Since launch day after seeing the Midnight Green online I thought for sure I would want that but I got to see a MG Pro this weekend in person and didn't like the color at all.

If I get an 11 I will get either red or black.

Yea Red or Black were my choices,wanted,something different so went with Red.

Finally decided on green after first wanting green then thinking no way I wanted green, then going back to green. Not currently in stock at the Apple store so will probably just order online.

Well I got my purple iPhone today. I’m not loving it. It’s a very pale lavender shade and in some lights in looks gray, and not a pretty gray to me... 😥
I’m part of the Apple upgrade program, anyone know how much of a headache it would be to return it and get a red?

Purple was one of my least favorites too when I saw them all in person at the Apple Store.

I actually love the purple, maybe partially in fact because it does have a gray/metallic look to it in some lights. I think it looks very sleek. But to each his own. I do kind of wish both the purple and green were a little more colorful and less muted. I’m probably going with green but would love something more like a Kelly or emerald green and not a seafoam or whatever it is. Almost pulled the trigger on purple and changed my mind at the last second. And now the green is the one they can’t keep in stock locally.

If you like the muted-gray look, you’ll love this. I can see why some people might, but I have a preference for very bold colors. I want purple, not sort of purple. I can’t do anything this weekend, but I’m going to seriously think about returning it.
