What color M1 did you order?

My wife wanted her new MB Air in gold so that is what arrived yesterday. Sharp looking and this is a very fast computer. I am using my 16" MB Pro and wouldn't mind getting an Air now.

I loved the old matte black MacBooks -- I still have mine from college.

Originally ordered rose gold for the wife. But it was expected delivery of 2 weeks away. So in the end picked up her space grey from the Apple Store today.

Although it really IS rose gold. If you look at the old gold Macbooks, they were gold. The new colour is orangey/copper gold.

I wish they actually would do a proper gold. I had a high-end DVD player back in the early 2000s that was champagne gold, and it was gorgeous.

I probably spent more time trying to decide on this than I should have. I’m coming from a 2016 space grey MB 12-inch and I really wanted a change but ended up going space grey again. I wanted to like gold but looked too rose gold when I saw it in the store, and I thought I might get tired of it. Comparing the SG, to the silver, the SG just looks more sleek IMO.

Classic silver all the way. If Space “Grey” ever turns into actual black then I would definitely go for that (especially if they colour coded the charging brick and cable).

You just can't go wrong with silver!

Space gray looks dull and boring after a few days.

I bought gold for my wife. With milk-white semi transparent case it looks sleek and less distracting.

Gray, because that's what they had in stock for the configuration I wanted. I would've taken a silver. Would've waited if they only had gold.
