Sorry but i found space grey looks better with black keyboard
Silver look better with white or silver keyboard
I had silvers laptops with white and silver keyboards, it looks tremendously sexy
If i was Apple, i would make same keyboard color as chassis/body color
Gold, spacegrey, silver keyboard lol

I went with Space Grey because that's what was available when I bought the open box from Best Buy. I would have liked Silver. I am thinking of getting a M1 Pro and would like Silver. My M1 has a Heather blue InCase on it and my Intel 2020 has a white D Brand with a bunch of stickers.
 
Ordered a silver one in promotion. Was a faulty unit, and after a repair and another issue I refunded and bought space grey , to start fresh without any bad memories from my silver unit.

overall I like space gray better, except for the keyboard part , that looked a lot fresher in silver.

I also wish they had the real gold, not the rose version. Still, I like the rose gold better than the other colors.
 
For the first time, I bought gold. I've had Space Gray for years.

The MBA is a travel laptop for me, so I don't mind it being a bit flashier than my previous machines.
 
I got the Silver MacBook pro thinking of getting a MacBook air either gold or space grey but i think gold might be distracting for working for work
 
I was going to get a Space Grey model but I knew deep down I would've preferred Silver.
I think about the space grey all the time but I love my silver M1 air
 
I had a Space Grey one for a couple weeks and liked it, but I'm on a Silver M1 Air now and am really liking the refreshing, classic look when the computer is open and especially typing on the keyboard. The silver feels more lively to me for some reason. The inside of the Space Grey looks nice, but it does feel sort of dull to me and harder to see keys on the keyboard I also found. Both are very nice though and you can't go wrong with either.
 
Already owned Silver in 2010 MBP... Went for Gold MBA... If only they had gold on the MBP...

Got bored with Space Grey on both my iPhone 6 and iPad 6, so it's a no no color on my Macs...
 
Wishing they made a all-black one instead of Space Grey. I'd buy that in a heartbeat over silver.
 
As i had a lot of iPhones and iPads in space gray (that looks a bit different on each device), i went for silver with my MBA M1 this time.
 
I find that smaller devices in Space Gray looks great, but bigger ones look yucko and out of place...

Mac Mini Intel looks great, but the iMac Pro... abomination...!!!

It’s funny you say that because I was thinking the same thing. I had a Space Grey M1 then switched to a Silver M1 and just found the inside of the SG one isn’t as nice as I thought it would be. But on my SG iPhone 12 I LOVE the color.
