Your decision to assume failed you. Making unfounded accusations failed you.

Here's what I think...

(take notice I made the post below long before your personal attack on me)

LoL, you call that a personal attack? Lighten up Francis..... I think any one that has seen your posts will agree that you hate apple (or at least dislike them a lot). All you do is trash them as a company. YOUR posts speak for themselves. Just because you buy their products doesn't mean you can't hate the company.... I don't particularly like them as a company yet buy iPhone. Of course as you said I am assuming this.... You may love them and just trash them because they won't love you back, but only YOU know if that's the case.

I found this an interesting post:
I buy Apple stuff to use, not show off with. I really don't care about what others think, nor do I advertise for any company.
So you say people bought the 4s to be cool and yet YOU don't buy apple products to show off..... Hypocrite much? Is it possible others also feel the way you do? Or is that an exclusive feeling only you possess?

I wish that we could be honest and aware, but we're idiots who buy Apple products and therefore incapable of making informed choices. I stand in awe of your brilliant analysis. Please, help us.
Be careful he will say you're attacking him. He's much smarter than us, we shouldn't even try to respond to his posts. ;)

Infinity Blade II on an iPhone 4S looks the same and runs just as good on my 1.5 year old device. And I was told this is one of the most demanding Apps on iOS?

So what do you people really need an iPhone 4S for? Is it just the latest and greatest syndrome? :p

It was time to upgrade my 4+ year old flip phone.

Use selective memory all you want to put a negative spin on things. I'm not going to agree with certain positions for no reason.

I don't love OR hate Apple, it's only a company.

Just because I'm outspoken and share my experiences & opinions does not mean I can't dislike some of what Apple does, while enjoying the things they do get right.

Unlike some, I don't live in a black & white world with opinions set in stone. While I'm very well aware that sucking up and going along with the crowd is quite popular, I much rather have an interesting conversation with those who have like intentions.

It's very revealing when someone is genuine and posts their thoughts, how many people here go negative and critical of the OP if they are in disagreement. Instead of posting a counterpoint they attack like juveniles.

Look around and you'll see, especially if a newbie posts, how quick members are to jump on him or her. Why should I care? Because I'm an Apple enthusiast, & that behavior reflects poorly on the community.

It's as simple as that.

I don't need an iPhone, but I got it out of curiosity since I never had one. I returned it in 2 weeks. It was pretty boring with those little icons you open and close. No fun.

why do YOU care that he cares?

Why does it matter? Why is highly subjective even among 4s owners. It was the latest device when I switched from my Droid and it made so sense to me to buy something that was already an old device. YMMV, obviously.

Is it just the latest and greatest syndrome? :p
Are you just trolling? Try reading the countless prior threads on the very same topic. No need to reinvent the wheel endlessly.

I didn't need a reason, other than I wanted one, and could pay for one.:D

And of course Shiny :apple:
