Wow, thats fast.

10 down, 1 up and it costs roughly $55 a month for 95GB of cap. Internet in Canada is a rip, there are no other companies that run their own lines here(Rogers or Bell, choose your poison).

We're paying £20 per month for what is supposedly unlimited 8 mbps, but unfortunately it seems we don't even get half of that.

About 18 for Verizon DSL.

Comcast Blast! over here.... 16 down / 2 up

$50 a month before the various fees that seem to get tacked on...

But I have never agreed with any of Comcast's negative publicity... Service has been very reliable since the early days of their @home hi-speed, and when something goes down, it is either fixed over the phone or the next day by a technician

$49 a month, I think... it might be like one of those $$$-a-month-and-you-get-all-these-other-telephone/internet-options type of things Im not sure.

I have Earthlink's 1.5d/512u for $30/month.

Actual speeds:

Earthlink partnered with SBC for the DSL connection.

That's what I have, too! Here's the latest test result from Speedtest.net:

I'm thinking about upping the speed to 3 megabits/second max, but I'll have to check with EarthLink on how much that will cost.

I pay 100 a month for ATT Uverse. I have Uverse 200 for TV and 6 meg down 1.5 up for about a 100 a month.

My wireless phone bill makes the bill about 170 a month total since it is all wrap up in 1 bill.

There is a bundle discount I get with the TV and the internet being together. I would have to find a bill to give you the break down. I just see if the total amount is what I am expecting and only if it is higher than I expect do I really look at it closely.

The equivalent of 23 US$.
It's a 20Mb/s down, 2Mb/s upload. No FUP either, so I can do whatever I want with it.

How do you like U-Verse? It became available on our street 2 weeks ago and I immediately called and set up an installation appointment and finally get it installed in a couple more weeks, I can't wait. We've been wanting to dump Charter for years, but they've been our only option for broadband, DSL was never available.

Plus, being an AT&T employee I get a massive discount so no complaints there either ;) We'll easily save over 100 bucks compared to what we pay for Charter.

I was lazy enough on weekends before, I'll be surprised if I even get up to take a piss with 400 channels to watch :D

Memphis, TN - Comcast $49.95 month - not too spiffy, eh?
Espescially since I have at work:
4 T-1's
DS3 - 45mbs
10mb backup for redundancy..

$30 a month for one year for new subscribers.

It's usually at 10,000 Kbps but I don't know what's wrong with it currently. I will post updates.

I personally think it is great. The speed and the services is good. I love the DVR and being able to record 4 shows at one time. Mostly that helps me on my Friday night shows which will get at one point 3 shows over lapping.

Service wise minus having some trouble when I first got it installed and it all getting working no real problems. in over 10 months the sevice has only gone down like 2 times and even then it was only for a hour or so. One was caused by a car hitting the one of the nob boxes the serviced my area and even then it was only for like the night while they got everthing rerouted. The other it just was down for like an hour. Not bad for 10 months of service.

I have had friend switch over to it and love it much better than the cable company and verizon Fiber obtics. My parents switch over to it from there cable company and really like it. The HD looks good on there TV. I do not currently have HD channels added yet because I do not have an HD TV yet.

Over all I think it is great and when I move I plan on keeping it.

6Mbit downstream, 512Kbit upstream. No BitTorrent shaping.

$39/month. It's a reasonable price, so I am willing to pay that amount. :)
