Notification sync across all Apple devices, for example if I turn on notifications on both my iPad and my iPhone for the YouTube app and I receive a YouTube notification on both devices, I'd like to delete the notification just on my iPad and the same notification be automatically deleted on my iPhone too.

A switch to turn on/off the Camera on the lock screen.

I'd be happy if they would fix Messages for MacOS, for example - easy select/search emoji (it has noticeable lag), selecting part of a text, just make more "smooth". Add ability to disable automatic airpods device switching. Long press on apple watch notifications to clear all. MagSafe for mac. Touch ID for iphone, pademic proved that face id is not the best option. And they should not bring back the butterfly keyboard, thx.

I've never experienced a hint of lag using Messages. You might want to check your setup or perhaps it's time for an OS reinstall or reformat. And please don't reply saying that others are having the same issue, I'm just letting you know it's not happening with everyone.
MagSafe for mac.
I hope this never comes back. It was a PITA.

It's really not that serious, and the pandemic is not a reason for Apple to go backwards in design, especially since the Pandemic is not going to be everlasting.
And they should not bring back the butterfly keyboard, thx.
I think it's obvious to everyone that knows about this that Apple is not going back to Butterfly.

A MacPad (iPad running Big Sur) with enough GPU power to support a 5k/6k display at 120 Hz
A 43" or 48" 5k/6k monitor that costs less than $2000, including the stand
A split, mechanical, backlit, ortholinear keyboard, with multi-device support

iOS Clock app matching the features of the Google Clock app on Google's android phones
Better voice dictation for professional use: maybe Apple can take over the development of Dragon for Mac
AirPods with Bose’s StayHear Tips
Integrate Koolclip as the default clipboard manager: https://github.com/kudige/KoolClip
iOS Dictionary App
Call Screening: Use Google Assistant/Siri to screen calls
Offer the option to replace Siri with Google Assistant
Introduce better artificial intelligence in the camera app, like Google Lens
Introduce a ‘Start speaking’ feature in iPhones: selecting text gives a ‘start speaking’ option, like in Macs
Make it easier to listen to an audiobook while reading the ebook by syncing pause, rewind, etc.
Add Overcast's (https://overcast.fm) Smart Speed, Voice Boost, and playback speeds from 0.5x to 3x to both music, and audiobooks in both Macs and iPhones
Improve Mac Mail's handling of attachments: copy Outlook's handling of attachments, including pictures. It competently and smoothly allows you to include pictures either inline or as attachments

Add the following features to Big Sur's Mail:

Add to Mail Spark’s and Outlook’s features to send an email later, to snooze an email for later, and Outlook’s feature to request read receipts. Add a feature to send an email out as a task such as a reminder. Add another feature to easily copy a link to an email to add it to a note or reminder. Also, add Outlook's refined and powerful search features and move the search bar next to, or right on top of, the list of emails (i.e., the middle panel in the three-panel view). Add the ability to have Mail give me reminders to follow up with people I have emailed.

M1X iMac that swivels to portrait automatically, more powerful Apple TV, new iPhone, Air Tags! I'm one of the few that doesn't mind the Apple Remote, although I wish there was a mute button and a built in speaker so I could "Find My Remote" when it easily slides into the sofa. I also would like to see them address the M1 Mini bluetooth issues that everyone seems to be reporting since 2018. I also would like to see a revised AirPods Max with a physical on/off switch and better protective case.

In our What to Expect article that we shared yesterday, we covered everything that we think we'll see from Apple in 2021 based on current product rumors and historical release data.

I'd really like a fingerprint reader to either USB-C or USB. I've come to love the fingerprint scan on my phone and MBP, but I'm downsizing/upsizing to an M1 Mini and, AFAIK, it doesn't have a fingerprint reader.

An alternative would be to integrate face-id into OSX, but that would depend on a 3rd party camera.

But either would be fine with me

Apple Card:
1. I would like 0% interest installment purchases (four transactions, two watches and two iPads in November) to be posted accurately as 0% interest installment purchases so Support-and-I don't spend the best part of two hours ... so far ... I'm awaiting my account webpage to reflect corrections and interest charge reversal, which brings me to...
Are you suggesting that you experienced a bug with an Apple Card purchase, or that Apple/Goldman Sachs just does not post these properly as a rule?
2. The Apple Card website account page isn't set up to show "recent transactions", and in any case the website is blatantly user-hostile, at least to this Neanderthal, so moving on to...
Do these things appear properly on the iOS app?
3. The Apple Card monthly statement is woefully inadequate and mostly unintelligible, bearing no resemblance to any other credit-card statement I've ever seen. Do Apple- and Goldman-folk use credit cards, or are they just so well-upholstered that they don't bother to review their statements?
Again, is the data better on the App or is there no way of receiving the data you want?
4. Wherewith and even so, I do regret venting upon you.
Instead of posting complaints about specific issues with your Apple card in a thread about what new products people want to see, where it is unlikely to be seen by anyone in a position to do anything about them, why not create a new thread here on on FICO Forum (a common credit card aficionado site) where you might get a useful response. Finally, specifics about why you hate the statement might also be useful.

Software

1) Ability to backup iPhone or iPad via cellular option
2) Apple Notes on Apple Watch
3) Ability to backup the Apple Watch separately from the phone.
4) Ability to stay logged into devices when re-installing MacOS without ending up with duplicate devices lists in Messages on the phone and iPad.
5) Ability to add new group contacts on the phone or iPad
6) Ability to create a new Apple ID without having to log out of currently used Apple ID
7) Ability to password lock the stock Mail app
8) Ability to mark tv episodes as unwatched using the iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV remote
9) Ability to change email received sound for different accounts on the Mac
10) Ability to be notified via alarm on other devices, when you have left your watch or phone behind like the app PhoneBuddy does
11) Ability to see the current battery status of all applicable devices logged into the same Apple ID on phone, watch, iPad , and Mac
12) Ability to connect external drive to the iPad and be able to erase and reformat the drive

Hardware

I) Would like to see a 11 or 12" M1 Macbook
2) Apple Watch with longer battery, Blood Glucose monitoring, and body temperature reading
3) New AppleTV remote
fully agree with your MB hardware 'wishes'.
i still have a core i5 12" Retina MacBook and the only thing that'd make me upgrade is an 11" or 12" M1x/M2 MacBook - but since johnny ive 'left' i'm not holding my breath

i knew this article would have many comments right away
there is always a long aapl wish list
i have too many to name here

Me either. I sold my 12" MB not long too long after buying it new in 2018 and I have regretted that ever since.

I’d love to see Apple get Back into the somewhat affordable display business, and actually produce a range of displays for the Mac Mini and as external displays for the MacBook Pro. a nice 4K or 5K update of the Thunderbolt Display (thinner, and maybe multiple sizes) would be awesome.

And a Prosumer Mac in between the Mini and Pro would be great as well, but I’m not holding my breath for that one... 😛

I would love to see a camera integrated into the next version of Apple TV. How awesome would it be to be able to FaceTime from your tv?

An Apple Watch fulfils most of what TouchID does when using a Mac without it.

Just the ability to manage iOS apps in our library.
No need to download the same app over and over on multiple iOS devices.
A lot of us have data cap on our home internet.

I want to see considerable improvements in accessibility for people with physical and motor disabilities who need to access Apple devices hands-free and by voice

1) the accuracy and capabilities of Voice Control dictation need to improve significantly. Voice Control is great in theory but in practice it is poor at accurate dictation. Words can’t be trained so jargon and foreign names are not recognised and the same mistakes in dictation keep happening time and again. Not productive and very frustrating. If Apple can’t improve dictation with it’s own voice technology it should licence Nuance voice technology for it’s disabled customers who don’t have a plan B to communicate on a iphone, iPad or Mac. Dictation capability needs to go way beyond dictating a short message like “Happy birthday” or “I will be home in 5 minutes”.

2) the company needs to add the ability to end a iPhone phone call with a voice command as you can on the HomePod, “hey Siri end call”

3) company needs to add the auto-answer feature to the Apple Watch cellular; it is a phone after all

4) needs to give users the ability to toggle auto—answer on/off by Siri voice commands “hey Siri turn on/off auto-answer. Ironic that a feature designed to help people who can’t touch a screen requires you to...touch the screen to turn it on!

5) extend default apps to include voice assistants. You can’t trigger Apple’s Siri on Amazon’s Echo Frames smart glasses hands-free without reaching up and touching the Frames. This is impossible for many motor disabled people. There will be many other examples of how lack of interoperability between tech gadgets holds back accessibility. Whilst voice access to Siri by other brands is technically easy to offer Apple will jealously guard full access to Siri but it comes at a cost to some folk. There needs to be more moves towards default apps on devices by all the tech giants. More open and interoperable tech will certainly liberate many disabled people who can’t currently access technology. Fewer silos and more access in 2021 please big tech. I am sure a move like this will help with antitrust cases.

Faster and more reliable Siri+HomeKit.

When I'm in the living room and I say "turn on the heater" I want to turn on the heater in the living room, not the bloody bedroom!

Well, even with the M1 Mac mini sitting on my desk, the iPad Pro is still my favorite computer by far. What I want is an even more powerful iPad Pro that can run all the Pro Mac apps.
I also would love a redesigned Apple Watch.
