3. No higher prices
I don’t want prices to hike up anymore from Apple. Prices were already up for Apple products in 2021. There’s no need to increase them any more.
What product increased in price in 2021? The iPhone, MBA, MBP 13", Apple Watch, HomePod mini, Mac mini all remained the same. The 24" M1 iMac and 14" MBP are brand new devices.

Prices went up not in the US market but in other countries internationally. It makes it harder for them to upgrade.

It's been said by others, I know, but MONITORS. Please! My much loved Thunderbolts are getting long in the tooth and the resolution now leaves something to be desired. Like more resolution.

New Thunderbolt 27 or even 32 with all the ports, camera & mic, power delivery to turn it into effective docking station. So useful. And let's also see some of that Mac and iPad speaker innovation inside the case, too, please.

I would love to have HD-AUDIO/HI-RES music capability (AirPlay) to be built into future iPhones/AirPods ecosystem. Currently I’m using a DAC and wired hi-end headphones to listen to HD music. However, to be untethered would be a huge advantage.

Acceptance that most of their users don’t live in the US or in California.
-Subtitles in ATV+ are only for the deaf or hard of hearing
-Descriptions on my local ATV Movie Store are frequently in another language, not English or our official language
-You have to install the English keyboard on your iPhone if you want to type on your pre-AWatch 7 watch. The English keyboard has the least characters of any keyboard, you can type English on any keyboard with the same base alphabet.
-Emoji search language is tied to your main keyboard language, doesn’t allow searching in another, say, English
-Siri can’t understand English song names or places if it’s set to another language and vice versa

There are loads more examples where Apple just doesn’t give a *.

I would like the colors on BOTH sides of the IMacs to be the same bolder color. I hope Apple makes the Airpod Max headphones more comfortable. Batterylife in Iphones needs to be more consistent. Finally, it would be nice to see some engineering solution to alllow wifi reception to be of similar strength throughout the house.

1. Back the “up next” widget.
2. Oled Ipad
3. A better Safari or way to control that avoids Safari and Google apps to overheat my iPhone 13 pro for just browsing Macrumors forums and Google cards.
4. TOUCHID in some form for iPhone and iPad Pro.
5. Keyboard re-aizing as in Android
6. One hand operation accommodations in iOS, not the useless way currently implemented
7. HDR control for the iPhone 13 pro. (Can’t disable it and it is undesired some times!)
8. Better email client that re-sizes the emails fonts when they are super small to be readable, as iOS did maaaany versions ago and as most Androids do
9. QuickPath keyboard for IPad in all keyboard sizes.
10. A useful Siri
11. Clock widget that recognizes automatically that I am not in Cupertino!. 98% of Apple users live there?.
12. Editable dialing pad to correct mistyped phone numbers!!
13. That Tim uses his iPhone and realizes it is less usable now than 5 years ago in many regards.
14. Wired support and HD audio support for my AirPods Max!! Jeez, they are the least useful earphones in that price range!

My top 3 things I want to see from Apple in the year 2022.

1. The software and Hardware team need to work together.
I want Apple’s Software team to work together with the hardware team. Lately, they have not been working together. So many bugs in the software. Yes, the hardware is there to support it but the software is just lagging. It is behind. More bug fixes. Quality control should be the #1 priority.

2. No more notch
I don’t want to see a “NOTCH” anymore. It’s outdated. It’s 2022 the notch should not be there anymore.

3. No higher prices

When people stop buying, the prices will drop.

Simplification of the stupid product offering we have now. How many different models of iPhone need to be current.

Reminds me of Steve complaining about the plethora of configurations under his predecessor in 1998.

Top line product became the entry level machine 12 months later and the replacement top-line machine always stayed the SAME price as the previous year (or cheaper).

An iPadOS that is actually useful for something other than multimedia, music, and social networking.
  • I want a real file system,
  • I want the ability to run files like HTML directly from the iPad memory, I mean actually run them without a stripped down POS viewer and/or 3rd party solutions.
  • I want a truly useful photo and image system. Not this BS made for complete amateurs who think iPhone cameras are cool. I want a system that can actually help me get things done with photos and videos rather than one that is half-assed useful for viewing some photos, but not RAW photos, but doesn't even work that well for organizing them.
  • I want a system that wasn't developed by morons who obviously don't use it very often.
  • I want a more professional, technology capable system that isn't designed simply for internet browsing and social media.
My gosh, I was able to accomplish so much more on my Apple II+ running PCDOS (or whatever they called it) way back in the early 1980s than I can do on iPadOS, at least as far as actual computing goes! I want a tool for enthusiasts and pros, not a stripped down POS toy for kids.

iPhone pro models need this as well. It’s a joke how limited iOS is.
