A Magic Mouse with a charging port anywhere but its underside (how anyone thinks that is acceptable should be tango’d!).

iTunes to ‘just work’ and not be hell bent on destroying my library of music. So many albums thrown randomly into folders ending up on single folders in iTunes. It’s gradually got worse over the years.

Current Mac OS to remember my tv setting so I dont have to goto screen options & over sample it (reducing it by 5%) so I can see menu bar/icons.

Apple Watch to double (at least) its battery life.

Apple Watch to sync with an iPad.

Apple to have a website / portal where you can view your fitness workouts (like garmin connect).

Apple Watch OS to revert back a couple of years as current version is bloated & a hog.

Adopt the principle ‘if it works don’t break it!’. Don’t become Microsoft,Facebook, meta & keep changing 💩 just for change sake

We pretty much know what to expect it seems, and there may not be any major product overhauls, but I'd like to see at least one cool new design: a multi-device charger, premium HomePod, monitor, whatever, but something clever with "Apple" touches that give me confidence in the new design team.

Maybe the new iPad Pro can be a big departure with the glass back and aluminum keyboard. I wouldn't want one, but would be excited to see how the new design elements make their way into other products in the future.
Glas back iPad Pro? No, please not.

A wireless Vision Pro without a battery pack
Patience. At least you mentioned the Vision Pro. The coming transformation is vastly underestimated.

Assuming the retinal tracking works as described: no mouse/cursor/touch/pen, just look. Add in LLM with AI and vocal controls might actually work. Give me those wishes and input is pure magic.

Couple those input methods with universal control (input sent to any device), and a super version of sidecar (output going to any device), and computers will exceed Star Trek fantasies.

Now if we can figure out how to make a warp drive, shields, and transparent aluminum...

I want an affordable price for the ipad oled, i mean it might be new technology for Apple but for the others companies is an old one. I also expect no burn in lol.

Pretty much the same thing I wanted last year.

Stage manager is improved now, and with features like external camera support now implemented, I think it is time to bring it to bring it to an M series chip based iPhone Pro. I’d also like to see an Apple Display with Pro Motion to connect it to.
You know how big the M chips are, no? In previous years usually the M chips were designed alongside the A chips, with the former usually being the groundwork, not the other way around.

Proper UX and features/changes that actually add value instead of just moving things around and making them worse to use.

This so much. Especially MacOS, they've turned the UX into broken version of iOS when it was so much better a few years go. I really think the entire mac team is pulled from the "what's a computer" crowd. I can't believe they have any mac users on the MacOS team anymore.

The window over the rear camera on your iPhone is technically transparent aluminum.

Other than that, we'll probably have a warp drive and shields before Apple figures out the AR/VR UX. Apple UX just gets worse and worse every year for no good reason.

Some AI inspired photos tools. Like find all pictures of my wife sitting at her desk with our grandson.
Especially given I have thousands and thousands of pre-metadata scanned photos.

Ideally it would be cool to add metadata by AI looking at pictures and saying I know where that is.

Would it be good for Apple if they went private?

Are you insane? Apple's stock has risen more than Bitcoin! Some crazy number like a 60,000% increase since its founding. Apple does not need to go private! Let's not have limiting beliefs! On real life Science Fiction AI alone, which we are starting to see, Apple's stock could go up 10 times what it is now!

Will there be an updated studio display? I’ve given up hope of a bigger iMac/imac pro. I’m going to get mac Studio + studio display but would prefer to get the updated version if it’s happening this year?
