OS Neutral What Game You Play'n?

I'm back in the wasteland with Fallout 4 on switch 2. But I really want to pick up Palworld for Mac. I keep hearing conflicting stories on the release, though. Some say it runs amazing and no issues, other say it stutters and other niggles like crazy. I wish there were some players here on the forum that could give me first hand accounts of their experience with the game.

If it's on Steam, buy it, try it, and then return it if you don't like it.

I don't bother commenting on how a game runs since everyone's system is different and everyone's expectation are different.

Strangely enough the Mac version is only available in the App Store, even though it supports total cross play. I have an m5 max so I’d imagine it can handle the game if it’s not buggy and works right

I never realized that there was a MacOS version.

I have the Windows version on Steam that I can play through Crossover.

I'm struggling with the lock picking mechanism. I was doing really well for a period of time, then in a couple of ruins I was chewing threw them like no tomorrow.

I've watched a few videos on lock picking, and I understand some of it, but actually doing it successfully has eluded me - I'm save scumming so I don't eat up my lockpicks

I'm unsure how big this game is, I'm going through the main quest, but if I see a cave or a ruin, I'll visit it, I'm still at level 1 which a bit on the slow side, but that's ok. I'll keep plugging away

I remember that on console, controller feedback was a critical component of lock picking, as the controllers would vibrate when the pick was close to breaking. That saved a LOT of lockpicks for me in that game.
