It's got nothing to do with me. It's because the expectations of a bigger screen are everywhere, even in mainstream media, and journalists and reviewers would absolutely make mention of it if not flat out criticize Apple's choice of not increasing screen size. Apple would have to defend why in 2014 it's ok to not have a phone bigger than 4 inches when the market and expectation is obviously there. I wouldn't want to be the guy standing in front of a room of journalists trying to explain that away. And how many reviews would have headlines like, "iPhone 6: More of the Same." "iPhone 6: It's Not Bigger." "iPhone 6: Disappointing Screen." So yeah, I think it'd be pretty embarrassing for Apple if every review had to explain what the phone is not, rather than what it is.How so? Because you believed rumors?
Naw it's easy to explainIt's got nothing to do with me. It's because the expectations of a bigger screen are everywhere, even in mainstream media, and journalists and reviewers would absolutely make mention of it if not flat out criticize Apple's choice of not increasing screen size. Not a chance. iOS 8 now features a few more things that makes the 4" iPhone a little more cramped.
QuickType which features predictive words above the keyboard will be taking even more space for the keyboard than before. Notification Center now has 3rd-party widgets, which will take a lot of space as well. The multitasking menu now has recent contacts as well, which clearly looks cramped on the current iPhones.
The bigger iPhone is happening for a reason; iOS 8 will now show more info than before, and it's more capable than before.
its gunna be 3.5" miniphone
OMG!!!! that would be disappointing hahaha![]()
How is obtaining opinions from others making this post worthless?
And tell me how worthy is your comment?![]()
I'd probably pay $3000 right now for a bezel free iphone the size and thickness of a credit card with 3 day battery life, ultra durable, waterproof and wireless charging.
Why would you want one as thin as a credit card?
It's one of the things you can't have to much of: thinness!
