White to look cleaner with the cases I like, but they have been improving the black ones as well imo. I've never liked space grey but these have tempted me a bit

White 512GB Pro for me.

I'm incredibly boring though, have only ever had white or black iPhones, and since around the iPhone 7 I've only had white ones. So pretty easy decision for me, had a quick glance at the 4 colours this year, decided I still wasn't tempted enough by the other colours, and got a white one...

Also means good chance no one I know will realise that I've upgraded my phone since my white 16 Pro looks extremely similar to my white 14 Pro...
 
I wonder if other black Pro models also display some gunk/glue between the frame and black glass as my unit does. Looks like months of usage on a brand new unit, overall I mustve gotten a particularly bad one :(

Ordered the black titanium originally. Changed my mind and went with the desert titanium when I pick up at the store.

You definitely got a bad one. I've had that happen before on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Return it.
 
Ordered a Black Titanium but just came from the store and will be changing my order to Desert Titanium. For some reason, all of the Black Titanium models on display had a ton of scratches on the back glass.

I wasn’t crazy about the desert titanium at first during the Apple event, so I went with the black titanium when I pre ordered. After I saw a few pictures of the actual phone posted on release day, I actually kinda like it, so I went with that instead.

I’m in LA so there are plenty Apple Stores everywhere, and seems like they all have my configuration (16PM 1TB) in stock on release day. So I was able to swap without problems.
 
Black 16 Pro.

For once they nailed the blackish shade almost perfectly this year. Mind you, I usually get the black variants, but could not miss this one, now when it was time for me to upgrade this year. Have to underline though, color alone is not enough reason to switch… ”black” or ”white” are always safe bets aren’t they.

Desert 16 PM.

Was going to skip upgrading this year, but went to an Apple Store while out of town to test the new S10 on my wrist. Saw the Desert color and loved it. The config I wanted wasn’t in stock there, but the next morning I was able to order for pickup at another store on my way back home. Very happy for my first gold iPhone.
