I've tried probably over a hundred cases over the years.
So far for the 6+, the Ringke Fusion is my favorite by far.
I've got a spigen cases, a verus, 3 obliq, incipio dualpro, otterbox.

What were the pro/cons of the cases you had?

The best case? This really sounds like a question a child would ask. What's the best car??? What's the best sandwich???

And here I thought I was going through analysis paralysis by going back and forth about what case to get prior to making a case purchase or getting the 6+ from VZW.

Second vote for Ringke Fusion!!!

Another vote for Ringke Fusion if someone is looking for a clear slim hybrid case which is optimized between

1. weight (29g for iPhone 6+, 24g for iPhone 6),
2.slimness ,
3.decent drop & scratch protection,
4. quality (scratch-resistant plastic coating and overall great fitting),
5. features (dust covers, lanyard) and
6. value ($10ish including a PET screen protector -- also good for someone who is waiting for a suitable tempered glass protector).

Here is what I am using with my 6 plus

Every day- Otterbox Commuter
In times of extra protection- Otterbox Defender (perfect for trips to the city and when we go to Disney)
Alternate- incipio NGP

Case art plus pu leather is my vote. Ultra thin and hold up to 2 credit cards. Check my review thread.

"Best" is subjective my friend.

Yep. I wouldn't recommend my own case if the Otherbox would work better. If you like art, sturdy and natural materials, and something unique, sure - we're it. :) If you drop it like it's hot all the time, hover over water, live in a sandy desert, want to take thermal camera photos, need double the battery life?

Someone else can take responsibility for that. :) Best tool for the job.

i like this melkco case with 3 card slot. so, I can put my credit card and Auto gate Card inside. European style and special fabric in market. I suggest to all of you. :) perfectly match with lovely iphone 6 4.7, but us$38 and I bought it from Japan.

I have tried case after case looking for a minimalistic black case that hits all my wants - super thin but enough to protect the camera. Would prefer to have 360 protection and has to offer some grip.

Some of the ones I tried were:

Apple silicone - too bulky and black was gray
Apple leather - too delicate for me - didn't like the scratches and scuffs
Incipio NGP - really liked it except for heavier than the Apple cases and the buttons were hard to push

Okay so I was settling for the Apple leather and being ultra careful to try to keep it nice looking when just for the heck of it I checked the selection at my local Staples store.

OMG - I found it! Just a plain black TPU case with a matte finish for grip, super thin and lightweight, 360 coverage and the buttons are nice and clicky. Also, as a bonus, no branding on the back. Now this is just a super cheap made-in-China case that I paid way too much for but it's exactly what I've been looking for. It is a Staples brand case.

So happy I finally found a case that hit all my marks! I'm done - no more case searching!
