I have tried case after case looking for a minimalistic black case that hits all my wants - super thin but enough to protect the camera. Would prefer to have 360 protection and has to offer some grip.

Some of the ones I tried were:

Apple silicone - too bulky and black was gray
Apple leather - too delicate for me - didn't like the scratches and scuffs
Incipio NGP - really liked it except for heavier than the Apple cases and the buttons were hard to push

Okay so I was settling for the Apple leather and being ultra careful to try to keep it nice looking when just for the heck of it I checked the selection at my local Staples store.

OMG - I found it! Just a plain black TPU case with a matte finish for grip, super thin and lightweight, 360 coverage and the buttons are nice and clicky. Also, as a bonus, no branding on the back. Now this is just a super cheap made-in-China case that I paid way too much for but it's exactly what I've been looking for. It is a Staples brand case.

So happy I finally found a case that hit all my marks! I'm done - no more case searching!

Any name of link of this case? Anything would help please!

Would this be it??

This case looks exactly like mine. The SKU number is off but I think it is the same case.

I'm still loving this case. I just like everything about it. This weekend I also found a Staples down near Boston that had this case in frost. I purchased that one as well and love it just as much as the black case. I'm usually not a super fan of TPU cases but these are just the perfect combination of grip with no lint, slim and lightweight, 360 coverage, clicky buttons and no branding. Who would have thought my long case search would end with a Staples case.

So I took your advice went to a local staples and found the case. I love it too my fave case. Everything about it is great. Very thin. Only gripe because I'm super picky is the sides with those TPU lines that kinda stick out you can feel with your fingers if you slide them across the side. But I've gotten used to that feel now. Thanks man I might pick up that frost case. Can you see the apple logo through it from the back??

I'm happy that you found it. I'm just so happy with it and glad to share my find with others.

The frost case is really cool

as well. You can see the logo through the case. What's cool about the frost is that even though it's the same exact case, due to the edge reflection, it almost looks like the case recedes rather than comes up over the edge, ever so slightly.

I just watched your review, could the case be used without their screen protector? I would prefer to keep my glass on it.

Also, is their a better front lip than the x3?
The lip is a little bit bigger than the one on the Atmos X3 and it can most definitely be used without the included screen protector--although the included screen protector is really quite nice if you can get it installed correctly and you can get past the fact that the Control Center is so hard to bring up. As long as your glass screen protector isn't edge to edge, it should fit fine. Edge to edge...well, maybe a thin one? Cinder, possibly...

Awesome. Thank you for the input.

It's a bit pricey tbh, especially if I am not going to use it with the screen protector. I do prefer glass.

I hear you :) I'm not sure the improvements to the port openings, buttons and grip are worth $20 just by themselves. However, if you are concerned about protection, I think the integrated screen protector provides tons of protection. With the plastic rim that runs around it, it has a very significant lip and Thule claims it withstands impact 5 times better than a naked iPhone screen. I love tempered glass screen protectors too, but I don't think they provide that much protection...certainly not 5x more :)

Love my magpul field case and apple black leather case. Dont use my other cases anymore.

Looking for the best case for the iphone 6 plus

Thanks Brigitte Grisanti

I think you should get this one, another poster thinks you get theirs, and another poster says, and so one. Get the one you like OP. Of course, OP only posted twice and has not been seen since 2014

i think a best battery case for iphone just should suit for it and will not damage the phone ,it's the most important thing

I still like the Thule Atmos x3, Speck Candy Shell Grip and Otterbox Symmetry.

However, we are going on vacation soon, and I will always have my 6 plus in the defender for vacation...totally for piece of mind

best cases for iPhone 6 Plus with a built in screen protector?
I like the Poetic Revolution case from amazon, that comes in diff colors and not as bulky as otterbox (ignore my other bling case on the left)

Apple Leather is trending now a days. I'd like how it looks and elegant on the outside.
