About 2 GB. I don't stream movies without wifi (don't really need to), and that's got to be the reason why I'm so low on the data-use totem pole.

Lol seeing all ur data usage I am like O M G

I get 1,2GB a month and people look at me like "jealous" cuz most get 500mb on average here. I only got to 1gb once and I am not even sure how

No one would even get the idea to stream anything on mobile Internet

Typically use about 3-4 GB of data per month. But, ever since T-Mobile removed music streaming from their data caps, the amount that they count towards my monthly cap has only totaled 1-1.5 GB per month.

I also use another 1 GB per month doing speed tests, which T-Mobile excludes from the monthly data cap as well.

On our iPad, we buy a 1 GB bloc of data every 3 months from AT&T. We've only used up the entire data allotment once since going to this plan more than a year ago.

Mostly use about 1.5gb per month. I have a 6gb plan and I use wifi most of the time. Try and save the extra usage for emergencies like when the power goes out or internet is down for tethering.

What is your real-world monthly data use?

Pretty light for me so far

I stream a lot of HQ Google play music. Thank God for Verizon Unlimited never throttled data

If people that use more than 5 GB per month put their time towards something useful this country would be in a much better spot.

Simple analysis from reading these posts. Anyone using more than 5 GB are either unemployed or employed and not working since they spending all the time on their phone. Or students that obviously spend more time on their phone then schoolwork.

Please no excuses. If You have wifi at home there is no excuse to go over 5 per month which is high.

For the people here bragging they use over 5 per month you seriously need to look at what your doing with your life and how much time you're wasting playing with your phone

I operate out of a service van all week and my phone is just another tool in the van I use to make money. I don't have unlimited, gave it up a few years ago but wish I still had it. I don't use more than 10-15 GB a month but I use it a lot I think. I use wifi at home but I don't really use it at home.
Can you show me how to use less and save some money?

Loving my 6 Plus!! I stream a lot on Beats Music and Pandora. Also watch YouTube occasionally and do a lot of web browsing and social media. Sometimes I also find myself streaming Netflix or Hulu at work on my lunch break as well.

Have speedy wifi at home but since I have 30+ GB the real catch is that I'm not as obsessed to connect to wifi all the time. If I'm connected I'm connected but if not then that's alright too.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1431220357.870204.jpg

I have two smartphones. Plus iPad unlimited data.

But my real world data usage with my iPhone 6 plus is generally 3-5gb (I have access to wifi around 80% of the time as well) at work and at home. So I figure if I didn't have access to wifi I'd be in real trouble!

iPad generally uses between 15-20gb data each month. If on vacation that number can hit 30-50gb data easily.

Other smartphone I only use 200-300mb data (lg G3).

So those who use 300gb plus data obviously are doing something out of ordinary like home internet usage.

my wife and i have 11GB plan with verizon and this month we used 4.2GB combined. no streaming of music or videos. just browsing data and imessages/email. knowing i have alot of room left, ive started downloading app updates too over cellular sometimes. if i didnt do that at all, usually dont....then we only use about 3GB per month.

1.96GB for the billing cycle of February. I don't feel like logging in and checking March or April, but they're more than likely the same usage.
