What is your real-world monthly data use?

I normally use about 4GB, I'm on the 10GB plan. I tethered my phone so I can download Final Fantasy IX on my vita last weekend since I wasn't home or near a wifi hotspot.

I'm a sysadmin. And I use only 10% data on LTE vs wifi.

I usually use 4-6GB per month and then toss on the 3-4GB my daughter and wife use. However, my son's iPad previously used Verizon wireless for ~ 2GB a month. I cancelled the iPad data (using hotspot now that I dumped my "unlimited" data), bumped our AT&T plan to 30GB and told the kids they didn't have to worry about going over any more. 🙂

The overpriced $30/mo Verizon 2GB pays for 20GB more data on our AT&T plan. 😀

As a family we use about 4-5 GB a month for 3 iPhones. I would love to get the new 30 GB from AT&T, but we have no use for it now. I don't mind the data cap, but I wish they did a roll over of unused data like they did with the minutes back in the day.

I was on an AT&T plan that only allowed me to use 200MB per line. On my line I usually used about 150MB a month.

I switched over to the 30GB plan this past week and I’ve already used 1GB. It’s mostly from tethering my laptop.

Tbh I was on the original 30-day one plan then swapped to the newer £15 one plan in feb this yea when it was advertised. Glad I did now that the new plan from June has a tethering limit, in all fairness though the new plan is still a great deal!
