Hi guys,
We all know there are tons of applications for windows.
For mac, there il little.
What kind of application do you want to use on your Mac but still not exist?
Basically EVERYTHING that is business related.
Then everything that is related to the technical side of the satellite business where I make my living.
Heck, we don't even have an Office suite that is on par with Microsoft Office for Windows - and I'm talking about the full Office and BackOffice range here, which is a lot bigger than just Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Project, Visio, Sharepoint, OneNote, SQL Server, Access - you name it.
What about Sage?
Kiwi Cat Tools?
SatMaster Pro?
Visual Studio? (Objective-C and Xcode are last century tools.)
Terminal Services for Mac that work well over the Internet - and no, that VNC-stuff is a crutch, it's not something that really works like RDP or ICA.
How about some WORKING out-of-the-box support for non-Apple keyboards, and here I mean keyboards with GERMAN and other language layouts? You know, there are not even 300 million people on this planet using American keyboards. The other six BILLION use something else. But strangely enough, Apple hasn't got that memo yet.
To make this very short: Make OS X as versatile as Microsoft Windows, and we're good to go.
