damn, this movie was too good. all the way from the soundtrack to the visual aspect of the movie. it was like a live comic book come to life. great storyline, the graphics were just something never seen before. this movie is a game changer as far as CG goes. miles has more of a personality than peter in this movie. if you like the graffiti culture (like myself) than you will like this movie. worth every penny of the ticket for sure. i recommend it 100%

The Fifth Element is one of the few movies ever made that I will always watch if it is on, (and nothing better is on). Such a good movie!
Tonight we gathered around and watched "The Incredibles 2". Considering the time between the first movie and this sequel it was well worth the wait! What a good movie it was. Well made, well written and the animation was better than the first. A great family film or a film for fans of the first.

1) Miles Morales is a great iteration of Spider-Man and brings the character into focus with modern pop culture.
2) An animated Spider-Man movie could be better than live action in portraying the characters in serious and light hearted fashion. Yes it doesn’t have whiz bang of live action, especially MEU, but it doesn’t need to because at its core it is a comic book story. It doesn’t need to look believable to impress, it needs to engage and entertain. That job falls to the creators and they did an amazing job with this.

Hardly a holiday-season movie, and a pretty somber one at that.
Starting at the Battle of the Little Bighorn and ending with the assassination of Sitting Bull and the massacre at Wounded Knee Creek. The movie depicted a piece of history i knew little-to-nothing about. Highly recommended, not so much for production values but for the story.

One of my all time favourite movies! Can't even take a guess at how many times I've seen it. Even caught it in the theatre back when I was a kid. Such a good movie! And not many people are even aware that it was based on a true story!
I haven't seen it in years. But it is a classic war movie. They don't make them like that anymore!
How The Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)- All Jim Carrey. It was ok, Carrey puts a lot of effort into this.
Thor: Ragnarok (2017)- Good Thor movie! However does not follow the mythology. Not unexpected.

I think Donald Sutherland is brilliant in this movie.
I always laugh when the General (Carol O’Conner) hears the radio chatter of a fierce battle, and is so impressed with the soldiers determination (on their gold run) he jumps in a Jeep and heads for the new front.
As is our wont, we ate Chinese food and watched "Hogfather", the best holiday movie ever made!
