Bought a 128GB because that's the only reason I had to upgrade was for more capacity. I didn't want to buy the same model I had before (iPad mini) just for more capacity.

16GB Air for me. It's really a matter of being willing to manage memory utilization in return for a great good deal. After gift card, the 16GB iPad Air was $379 at Target! To get a 32GB Air was $120 more ($599 - $100 gift card). An extra $120 wasn't worth it for me, I'd rather keep an eye on my memory usage. I don't watch movies/etc on my iPad, nor do I play games. It's a productivity device for me. If the price differential were more reasonable, I would certainly have liked to get more storage. But not for +$120.

Got a 16GB Retina Mini last night at Best Buy because I didn't have enough $$ this month after buying presents and bills plus groceries. I am going to upgrade to the 32GB version early next month, because the BB people told me I can until Jan 15.

I'm doing fine with the 16GB currently but I like downloading movies and several large apps. I know the 32GB will be needed next month

Edit: Happily upgraded early to a 32GB model thanks to my bro, and am very happy I did
